  The team at Bin There Dump That in Atlanta were so easy to work with. The first dumpster was delivered on time. As we worked we realized we needed a SECOND dumpster. I called at about 11 am and the first dumpster was picked up and the second dumpster was delivered within 2 hours !! This company took so much stress out of the process.

  Terrible experience. We paid for a 10 day rental. When we let our contractor go, he called in 3 days prior to the end of the agreement to remove his name from the agreement. When they came to pick up the dumpster, we explained that we paid for the dumpster, not the contractor and thus he has no right to cancel our contract. They called us to collect payment, but did not call to confirm pickup ? We tried to work out with them to simple switch the name on the contract to us since we were actually the ones that paid. However, they were steadfast on their refusal to switch names and instead take the dumpster before contract end and still collect their full rental fee.

  We have used Bin There Dump That a couple times now. The Stearns and their staff are very responsive from the moment you complete a scheduling form on the website. The driver was friendly, an excellent driver, and expertly backed that dumpster into my driveway. We were putting the bin next to my classic car and I never even flinched. He was very careful with my driveway as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  This business was professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They sent a truck out the day I requested it. When we filled that receptacle and needed to do a second load, the turn-around time on that was within a day. The office staff was polite and professional as well.
