  Well, I hate to be the one bad review here as I see they have a perfect 5.0 rating but I didn’t experience as good of service. I scheduled my appointment online with an 8 -10 am window. Never heard from anyone so I called the phone number in my confirmation email. They tried to contact the local team twice with no response. 30 minutes past my window, I decided to cancel my appointment and will try another company. Giving 2 stars since the customer support people were so nice and went above and beyond to try and get this fixed.

  Carl and Adrian did a top-notch job! They went above & beyond to communicate their arrival time, which was well within my scheduled window. They made quick work of removing my junk.   Always hard working and clean up is great. Everyone employed works hard and is very much appreciated. I did get a nasty gram from driver. Was not happy about that. Had some empty boxes and I’m handicapped with my hands and hard to break down boxes. They were empty and about five but I still got the nasty note. I think a call would have been more professional to solve the issue.

  We didn’t receive anything in the mail showing our payment was due. Our trash wasn’t picked up. After leaving a voicemail. They called back and informed us that our service was terminated. Not even a chance to pay the bill. I guess the reason was, we were the only customer in the whole neighborhood ! They were always late and missed pickup on numerous occasions. Our new provider will be bringing a can today! So long “Waste Connections” ! My wife is disabled and takes care of the bills while I’m on the road as a trucker. This put a lot of stress on her, which she doesn’t need.

  Our company has been with Waste Connections for years. Recently I requested some changes from Waste Connections. Our territory manager, Jessica Richey, went above and beyond what was asked of her. Not only did she make sure our needs were meet, she came to our office to explain the new terms.   I need help removing trash from our outside bins and Billy Ray knew the importance and urgency of getting this taken care of. He came with in a few hours and disposed of everything that our guest left behind. I can’t tell you how many places including our city for help with disposal which was a complete nightmare. I was out of town and wasn’t able to haul it off myself. He was professional, courteous, responsive and professional. He took a huge worry off my mind . Apparently, others are feeling the strain of regular trash removal due to delays and he helped not just me but a neighbor with this concern. The price was also reasonable!   Billy Ray runs a top-notch outfit. We got a 20 yard roll-off to clean out our house before we put it up for sale. He communicated drop-off and pick-up times, quoted a 7 day rate, and I was able to pay with my card when he dropped off. Clean, beige-colored dumpster that wasn’t an eyesore in my driveway.
