  Very happy with our experience with Something Old Salvage! Everyone we dealt with from scheduling to pickup was polite, professional, and friendly. It was a breeze to get scheduled. They arrived exactly on time. Pricing was very transparent and reasonable, and they worked very hard to complete what we needed very quickly. They cleaned out an entire room of furniture, dismantled a very large treadmill, and loaded a huge amount of yard furniture and trash, and it went as smoothly and quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend SOS for any of your junk hauling needs!

  Amazing customer service! Called at 9 am this morning to get some fence waste removed from my yard, it is now 11 am and the waste is gone, the yard is clean and I am super happy! From the friendly girl that answered the phone and set me up with an appointment, to the guys that came to remove the waste, everyone was friendly and super professional. Great customer service at a fair price. Pensacola needs more businesses like this that treat their customers with value and respect.

  I called their office for a junk removal and two guys came out the very next day. I had given them my address/instructions over the phone when I originally called and the workers still went to my neighbors address(they live next door to me) before coming to my home. They left their truck in front of my neighbors home and walked over to my home. My neighbor had to ask them to move their truck so he could back out of his driveway. I apologized to my neighbor explaining the workers went to the wrong address.They moved their truck and backed into my driveway, the driver couldn’t back up very well..I thought he was going to hit the corner of my home with his truck. I had 3 twin size matresses, 4 small old plastic trunks and a bunch of card board boxes for them to dispose of for me. All of this could have easily fit in the back of a pickup truck but I had no way of hauling it off myself. The workers were polite but not very professional. They charged me $225.00 dollars for the service, it took less than 10 minutes to load my items on their truck. They left one flat cardboard box behind on the ground and I picked it up and gave it to them to put on their truck. I am glad that the junk is gone but I feel like I was overcharged. Very pricey.

  When I initially called them they came out the next day. I was very impressed with the speediness of their service. They did an excellent job; their staff was very nice and friendly and empathetic to my situation. I really appreciate all the help and I will continue to use them whenever I need them. I will recommend them to everyone. This company is so awesome. I seriously did not expect to have everything done as fast as it was. They really did an awesome job and I really appreciate them.   Sabrina, Ronald and the team were lifesavers for me. I had worked the storage unit for 2 days and had not made a dent. So I “searched” and SOS came up. I was only in town for 2 more days…Sabrina scheduled me the next day. Ronald called me when he arrived, gave me the estimate and BOOM by the pm they were done. Sent me before and after pics and it was great-clean and swept out. I higly recommend. LOVE family owned-local businesses. THANK YOU again.

  If I am not mistaken i have USED TFC hauling on three separate occasions. EVERYTHING from the reservation, delivery, and all the way to the pickup has always gone smoothly. I could not ask for a better service. I will use TFC FOR EVERY home project, personal home remodel, and every spring cleaning. It jusy makes it so much easier than filling up city cans once a week or weekly trips to the dump. I was skeptical at first but now, it’s my goto solution!!!!
