Seeing staff getting fired left to right and I’m talking about good staff. HR Depeartment they only cover they a**.. ask them how many people they fired ? They don’t spend time with kids , they don’t come visit them. I was basically told my household was not a stable environment even though I adopted two children as toddlers internationally and we’ve had a great life together. They are now 18. My kids have had everything they could ever need or want. So it’s basically a scam. They really don’t care about the kids. They’re just in it to make money for the organization. I had a case worker for 2+ years that was just fine. Apparently they felt like she wasn’t doing her job all around (not just my case) and remove her from my case. they gave me a new one. She’s a nutcase. I told her supervisor and her supervisor I wanted a new one. they said they could not give me one. At this point I feel like I have to protect my nephew from these people even though they are supposed to be protecting him. Also initially before they placed him in foster care with me. They placed him with a foreign family that did not speak English and also did not eat foods that were familiar to him. He would sit at the dinner table unable to converse. When he came back to me he was devastated. One of them, Sharon Groover has used her position with your department to commit fraud on the Brevard County Court. She has taken it upon herself to play God with a child in her care by deciding that, in her words-“They are irrelevant, I WILL have this child I do not care who it hurts”. This comment was made concerning the child’s natural Grandparents as well as her 2 brothers who love her dearly. She has used her upline in the department as well as Devereaux legal department and the Brevard County Sheriff’s department to defaud the Court into believing that it is against the best interest to not allow contact with her family. She has manufactured evidence, lied on the stand, lied in official department forms, slandered and libeled all for the sake of her own selfish agenda. This woman needs to be reviewed closely. SHE is a danger to the very child that she is supposed to be caring for. She is not focusing on the goals set forth in DCF mission statement, quite the opposite.
