I highly recommend that no parent, particularly those who are dealing with co parenting that involves domestic and/or anger issues to never utilize her services in any manner. She seems very male identified, extremely bias, judgemental and will gaslight you if you observe and attempt to address her mistreatment. In addition, I find that this agency, as well as, it’s leader to be very non – forthcoming and lacks honest and open communication. To anyone reading never let or allow anyone to speak to you disrespectfully just because they’re in a certain position and/ or if you feel holds cards because, at the end a person is going to think what they want regardless. I was unable to get my prescription filled because it needed prior authorization. I tried to call Families First several times and received the run around. I left several messages for DR. We have used them twice to adopt domestically and they were such a blessing to us. They walked us through the adoption process and answered endless questions we had. Debby Mobley and Victoria Eades was always there with any questions we had and with encouraging words during the process. We also love that they take good care of their birthmoms and actually care about them. This was very important for us in looking for an adoption agency. We also had 2 amazing adoption consultants (Susan and Shontelle) that were fantastic to work with – so caring and professional!
