a week agoI showed up with little hope of my hair color being done right. Had been to numerous salons over 10 years and had 4 sections of different colors in my hair because each person would color my hair the wrong way. Heather took her time looking my hair over and listening to my story. She came up with a solid plan to fix the color mess. She is a miracle worker to me! My hair color is finally right and one solid natural color. She also gave me a great hair style. Heather really knows her stuff and it shows in everything she does. She also is a great person who really cares! Thank you! Highly Recommend!!2 weeks agoKayla did amazing with helping me and my daughter try something new and we felt we could trust her with making it turn out how we hoped and she did not disappoint! She was confident with the style choices we wanted and took her time. Nothing but great things about her her! Heather also kept us laughing with her commentary with her clients in the background. ?2 weeks agoEverytime I go there I always get a warm welcome and smile when walking in the door. Today I had Kayla and she did everything that I asked. One of the best one arounds. If anyone can tell me how to grow my hair faster let me know so I can go back.4 months agoHeather did great on my sisters hair. Cut was nice. They were able to get me in right away. Moving to ofallon mo, so many place are by appointment only and book sooooooooo damn far out might as well be a members only type thing.

Not sure if we were being racially profiled but both people working there got confrontational with me about checking us in to get a cut and nobody else was in the store! Very upset since they also left my cousin with his hair looking like this !!2 weeks agoThe customer service here is ridiculous. I got greeted by an old man who wanted to argue about my name in the system when I was staring at a screen that said my name on it, just for a lady to come over and argue about the same thing like, what’s the big deal just give me a haircut I will never go back to this location again it’s sad that we have to entrust people like this to cut our hair. I have heard they are much cheaper in other parts of the country like Florida. Didn’t care for their suggested tip amounts on the screen , should just say tip and let you decide the amount.4 months agoI always look forward to coming here when I want a haircut. Linn has been an excellent stylist since my last one left the profession. She listens to me when I want to change the style a little bit and offers alternative ideas. Waiting time even without an appointment is never very long due to the efficient efforts of the rest of the staff. Good prices also!

3 months agoWent to help someone do their training.. took both of my teens.. the place was fine .. clean, seemed friendly to their clients . However when the manager was “judging” and making their corrections about my kids hair we weren’t acknowledged or even said hello to, just come and start judging their hair cuts.. which is fine but the one hair cut wasn’t great and the person we were helping get “experience ” never offered to fix it in any way. Hopefully the place cut their losses while she was in barber school and she isn’t a full time barber there because she doesn’t care about people’s preferences or people in general.2 months agoEveryone here is extremely friendly. Kayla is the best barber I’ve ever had.5 months agoAlways great to get a trim/cut. Great knowledgeable staff, great equipment that’s well taken care of. My beard is tamed and my hair that’s left looks great.
