a week agoFantastic experience here this morning to take care of a nasty ear ache and sinus infection. From the check in through the few medical professionals that saw me, 5-star across the board. Thorough, professional, and attitudes that left me wanting to return the next time I’m in need of medical help. So impressed!in the last weekThe 5 star rating is very suspicious. Very less care provided, not good bedside manner and no services available on site. No lab or blood work, I don’t get the point of this Urgent care if they do not provide any diagnosis from symptoms and simply refer to other places.3 weeks agoI came here as an emergency for a cut that I got on my hand from a work accident. I was able to get in and get evaluated quickly and efficiently, and all the staff was very nice and caring. I was able to receive the stitches I needed and the information for follow up care. Not a pleasant reason to be there but overall a pleasant experience. I’ma week agoEvery time I have been to Beaumont Urgent Care they have given me nothing but the highest quality treatment! I felt very safe, comfortable, and listened to. I highly recommend attending this urgent care!2 months agoNo one likes to ne sick on a holiday weekend. My urgent care visit was very pleasant . Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The receptionist could see I felt miserable so filled out the online paperwork. There was a minimal wait before I was taken back. The nurse was very personable and thorough. They worked through testing quickly and got me on a breathing machine to help my breathing issue. The medical staff worked fast but slowed down when she could tell I had questions. In and out in less than an hour. Hopefully now on the road to recovery.

4 weeks agoMy son went to see the Nurse Practitioner, Kayla, for a sinus issue. He walked out of there feeling better that he knew how to get his sinus under control and feel better! Kayla was amazing and worked so well with Nicholas. Thank you, Kayla! You put us at ease and Nicholas felt better in a few days.3 months agoStopped here today because it was close to my work. When I entered I was welcomed in with smiling faces and quick and easy paperwork process. They took me back to get seen within 10 minutes and the physician was in by 15. I had a great experience as they addressed my concerns and answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back!4 months agoAs an African American woman, everytime I come here, it’s nothing but a positive experience. Wait time is short and the service is even better. The doctors listen well (especially the young woman with the amazing lashes) and the receptionists are mindful of my privacy in the wait room.2 months agoIntake person treated me like a country bumpkin. Officious, surly and downright rude. Accused me of pushing a tablet at her when all I was trying to do is retrieve my ins/dr license cards from under the tablet. a month agoI live on the other side of town and pass 10-20 other urgent care places on the way because I like and trust this place the most. The people who work here are great and I suggest anyone looking for a solid urgent care clinic to go here. Rachelle, Shaums, & Tatum were very friendly, helpful, and took great care of me. Wait times are usually short too.a month agoI took my mom in for treatment with Allison and she was so kind and courteous.I also took my daughter in for her physical and Rachelle was so thorough and helpful with such great advice.

in the last weekI came in here yesterday in absolute pain and they told me to go to the hospital. Instead I went to another urgent care that cared about my needs. They were able to take care of me with no issues and came to a conclusion for my pain. I will not return to this location Very rude staff and clearly does not care about patients.3 weeks agoVery kind workers. I have rolling veins, and while it took 3 people and 5-6 needles to draw my blood, they were very kind and gentle and I was in and out within 50 minutes. Other tests were done during this time as well.4 months agoI was seen by Alison for what I thought was pink eye. She immediately looked at me and said it was a stye. She then examined me and confirmed. She was so professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She also had amazing bedside manner. She prescribed me medicine and within a day my swollen eye is gone! I would highly recommend her and will definitely be seeing her again.
