They also never have appointments available which is ridiculous.Everytime I’ve took my son has been with different doctors he’s only ever seen his primary doctor (Dr Prichardo) twice he’s never there or never has any appointments which is super annoying and ridiculous definitely don’t recommend bringing your kids here!!!2 months agoI love this place. Best clinic in the planet earth. Excellent. Safe. Very clean. Very secure.11 months agoDr. Nathan Stern is a great Dr. he has brought my blood sugar and high blood pressure that I have had long term problems with from high to the normal levels and was able to decrease my meds. 6 months agohonestly i dont understand how people give good reviews here… The waiting room take 2 hours.. this is ridiculous ? ?…. I lef the place better.. I come back next day and same thing… no too much personals . here3 years agoI came to the er because my throat was swelling it was closing shut and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t find parking and there was a parking garage there but I wasn’t able to park there due to lack of oxygen so I parked my car right in front of the emergency room and told the security I was leaving my car there. I was wheezing very loud and and then 5 min after I got checked in she came back to tell me that I need to move my car. I clearly couldn’t because I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t even talk. The doctors and nurses told me that I need to move my car for me to get treated there. I then had to park my car on the 4th floor and struggled my way back in. Was disappointed in how they treated me.a year agoWent in emergency with my kid 102 temperature, & people in emergency seems to be very unprofessional, they don’t care about your problems, kind of shocking experience, in an emergency situation they were just joking around laughing so loud, while my kid was burning with Fever in front of their eyes.I was helpless & left hospital to run get some help from UCSF kids hospital Oakland.2 years agoIt was a great experience. Finished the ER process in 2 hour. I know usually ER takes about 4 to 6 hours! So kudos to that !5 years agoWhen I arrived there on July 1, 2013, I was either going to leave healed or this was the place I was going to die with a very severe infection. They took great care of me and I still think of everyone there who took care of me to this day. Great staff, very caring and wonderful to deal with. Thank you KP Richmond. You saved my life and I will never forget any of you.

6 months agoI’ve been here a few times and the staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I will say if you make an appt online call and make sure it was accepted. I had an experience where i got a confirmation and went the next morning and their system was down so i had to wait about 45 minutes for them to see me … other than that. No issues.7 months agoHorrible horrible horrible, no confidentially here, had me waiting for about an hour just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and I should contact my regular health provider instead. But they didn’t just tell me in private, they yelled at me from one side of the room to the other with a bunch of strangers around. It was quite embarrassing actually.2 years agoI went to Planned Parenthood at the Richmond Health center because I’m positive for my pregnancy test, I had an appt on 9/1 and when I went to my appointment they said it was never made , I was so upset because I also had a appointment card say I had an appointment that day at 1pm, I spoke to India and she told me that I would have to wait for an open spot , I was upset so I ask to speak to someone else and Yesica came , I was explaining that this is upsetting because there staff failed to complete my appointment, instead Yesica just repeated in a louder tone that I would have to wait. When I finally got seen they gave me the same lady that messed up my appointment, I’m like just great. And it gets worst after I had my pee sample tested the next day i get a call from Jessica saying I have a UTI and my perscription was sent to Richmond Walgreens and this is now 3 pm 9/2 and when I went to Walgreens pharmacy they said it was never sent , I called back to ask if it was sent and then they said it was sent at 3:52 pm, now it’s 7:00 and I still dont have my prescription, now I’m calling the CCRMC advice line to see what’s going on , i don’t feel comfortable with this place , i feel I have to double check with them to make sure there together, I’m going to go somewhere else because this is my first child and there scaring me with there service, I pray the get it together because this is my health5 years agoI was super nervous to get checked, but the whole experience was painless, wait time felt like forever but only because I was nervous, the staff was chill. I had insurance so I paid nothing. Thankful the staff made such a scary check up so normal.6 years ago-Manual Suction Aspiration at 5 weeks and 5 days- Receptionists/nurses MARIA and the other girl (with pretty lips) were REALLY nice and patient. i did my paperwork with MARIA then was asked for a urine sample. after a second of wait i was called back from the waiting room to do an ultrasound with BETH and her assistance DANNY Both were REALLY nice and professional. After the ultrasound i waited for few seconds again and was called back from the waiting room to speak to nurses (ELDA and BRITTNEY) about my medical history, my current relationship with my boyfriend, methods to prevent pregnancy in future, and what kind of medication i’d prefer to take for the procedure and they also took a little bit of my blood. i chose fentanyl as it keeps you relaxed and even helps anxiety. They too were patient, nice, and professional. i asked them a lot of questions as this was my first pregnancy and abortion and they were super understanding. BRITTNEY has a great sense of humor btw. Then i had a long wait probably for hour or so. Then i was taken to KATE to get ivy. She gave me 2 ibuprofen pills and an antibiotic pill. Then she put the ivy in and few minutes later a nurse named RACHEL (also very kind and professional) walked me to the room for procedure. There i met my support person AMRISSA. She is an amazing person who was there for me thought the procedure. She had me get ready for the procedure and my two doctors walked in. wish i could remember their names. They were REALLY nice and just made sure that i was positive about my decision. They gave me fentanyl which made me feel little loopy and kind of dizzy but i was laying down. I felt my forehead get warmer and AMRISSA put like a cold pad on it to make me feel better. Then they started to dilate me with the speculum. I felt two pinches in my cervix when they gave me the shots to numb me and few seconds after they had started. During the procedure i felt mild cramping but kept my self distracted by talking to AMRISSA. I was done in about 5-7 minutes the most had a light bleeding which i needed to show to AMRISSA and she said i was fine and that it was just spotting. My doctors were worried that they wouldn’t be able to see my pregnancy even after successfully removing it because the pregnancy was too small and i would have to go back. But nope. They checked the removed pregnancy and everything was there that they needed to see. I was happy that i was done and was told that my pregnancy was the size of a pea, didn’t feel so guilty anymore. Then i was given time to change back into my pants and was walked to a recovery room. I sat in a recliner listening to a CD about after abortion care which was only 2-3 minutes long. Then the girl (with nice lips) explained the do’s and don’ts to me. I was having mild cramping so i had to sit in my recliner for a few minutes. Then they asked me to walk around (with the girl with pretty lips) a little bit so it’d help the pain and it did. few minutes after KATE removed my ivy and i was good to go. i felt mild cramping for about 30 minutes and i was told to massage the area where i felt pain which really helped. After that i was back to normal and had a light lunch few minutes after. Then 6 hours after taking my last ibuprofen i took another one which is OTC not prescription. I’m glad that i didn’t do the pill abortion as it has more side effects and believe me in clinic abortion isn’t scary at all. Overall.. HIGHLY SATISFIED with the staff and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
