3 weeks agoHonestly, only been here twice but it’s the best urgent care I’ve taken my kids to. They are extremely fast, they come to get you into a room almost as soon as you walk through the door. You’re out of there asap. Highly recommend! Everyone is nice and uses your name frequently. Great care, good job drs. And nurses!5 months agoTook my daughter in for a strep test and really enjoyed our provider, D. White. I think her name was Kai but I could be remembering wrong! She was extremely friendly and upbeat and was super sweet talking and working with my daughter and making her feel comfortable. Honestly best provider I have seen at a quick care place like this!4 months agoUnfortunately we’ve been making many trips to Urgo this season but I am so pleased with my experiences. The wait times have been low every single time, as a walk in. Staff is so welcoming and gets my kiddos back and taken care of right away. My only complaint is that the dosage for my kids antibiotic has been incorrect twice. Apparently there is a disconnect between the school of thought here but I do trust the dosage our pediatrician recommends so keep this in mind and check with your child’s primary on this as well. Other than that wonderful service, wonderful staff and I choose this location always.a month agoKim Hauk was my nurse. She is awesome! She explained everything to me during my visit today. She is friendly, caring and prompt. My visit today was better with her being there.2 weeks agoI am very upset. My son came here for a t b test. He asked off works specifically for this and it was not easy to do. I was assured that they would be open three days later for his test to be read. We showed up and there is a sign on the door saying that they are closed for the day. The other o s f on call location would not honor his initial tb test.Everyone was very friendly while we were there and but It is really dumb that with all the paperwork and photo ID, we can’t have the tb test read at another location. Policy problem.
No idea why they were closed when they said they’d be open either.

a week agoI really like them all (Bridget especially), the fast service, & the low prices.?My only complaint is this: if you advertise on the internet that you are open, be open during those hours. Sometimes people plan their busy day around the hours that are listed online. ?
2 weeks agoBrought my child in for their school physical as she was being seen I was asked if I also wanted to sports physical to which I said yes. However, I was only given her sports physical and not the medical physical. Upon calling, and asking for them to give medical part I was accused of telling them that they were lying that the only thing I came in for was a sports physical. The provider continue to argue with me and told me then that he was the owner of the practice. And then I was accusing not only of him lying, but also his wife, who is supposedly the nurse or medical assistant. The state license is registered with FRANK SEIPP. All I requested is for the medical part of the appointment and I was told I would need to pay for a new appointment. THIS WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!a year agoBridget is AWESOME! I understand the name of this place now because she treated me as if I was her patient when in fact it was my husband who needed care. As a family member she listen and acted on my concerns about my husband. The price is affordable and I like that she offered the Rx card. Some places just advertise expecting every person to read what is placed in their business. She actually stated make sure you get the Rx card exactly I already got one for my husband but A+ because rarely you find a place going that extra mile to help people save money. Not to mention lots of information but straight to the point in and out. AWESOME JOB Family Quick Care on Allen Road.a year agoSchool year 2021 couldn’t find anyone in my local area to do school physical for my son…. The dates that were proposed to me were a month or so out. I contacted this Facility and the Male Dr. got me right in. It was a 45 minute drive well worth it. Dr. was extremely kind, professional, warm, and had a great sense of humor. He made my son’s physical fun. And were back home so quick, literally you would have thought that we never went out of town for this physical…I am actually going to go back for future service.a year agoFrank was the nicest guy ever. My doctor’s office couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks and didn’t want to take me because of my symptoms. Another place recommended I try there in hopes of staying out of the ER. He got me in super quick and was very friendly. He understood how hard it was for me to wear a mask and let me take it off! Most places don’t care that I’m in the middle of a week long asthma attack and make me wear it, which makes me worse! After going over what we we both already knew, he got me my prescriptions and got me on my way for only $48!!! He saved me thousands of dollars and about 10 hours of sitting in the ER by seeing me! I cannot thank him enough! I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a doctor visit!

a month agoJunction City location is always easy to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are informative yet to the point. I haven’t seen them for big things just smaller appointments when I couldn’t get into my regular doctor or when I haven’t had insurance. I will go back in the future as needed!I have not scheduled an appointment at this location, but only walked in and it hasn’t been too busy for walk ins.
5 months agoThe staff at this location was exceptional, from the front receptionist to the nurse and dr that saw us, everyone was nice and helpful. I even went a second time because my toddler ended up getting a reaction to antibiotics which he hadn’t had before so there was no way of knowing until he had them and they saw us right away when I came back and helped and treated us, I didn’t feel judge for going a second time, I felt heard about my concerns for my toddler. Honestly best experience I’ve ever had going to an urgent care, staff were all beyond nice & helpful.4 months agoEveryone is very efficient and friendly. I was comfortable and was received and examined in a record time. All of my concerns were addressed and I already feel better just knowing that someone took care of me well and fast.Practicioner Lori is amazing! So gratefula month agoStaff is very friendly and helpful, but there’s really no point in scheduling ahead of time. You will have to wait your turn regardless of your appointment if there are other patients already on location.6 months agoI called ahead and asked if they can test for chickenpox since a co worker said he had them. I wanted to be sure because I have a new baby at home. They said they do have a test for it and can check. I went in and they were very dismissive saying they can’t really tell if I have it and not sure if they could get a swab. They said they weren’t sure they had the kit to do the test. They came in and out of my room multiple times saying they needed to go discuss. Also said “I remember my postpartum was hard” “If testing would make you feel comfortable we can but it could be a rash.” Over all I was there for two hours. They gave zero insight in what I should do with my new baby. Two days later they called and said the test was positive and still did not provide any insight. They were dismissive of my situation and had severe lack of knowledge. My co worker attempted to go in to get tested and they refused and told him they shouldn’t have even done the test on me.
