  My child had pink eye. We had to do a cash pay due to not having ins at the time. The dr did a prescription and told us to put it in both eyes just in case. Then after picking up the medicine the doctor changed it to just have her put it in the infected eye. Now she has pink eye in the other eye. Calling for an antibiotic refill they insist I need to have her do a new doctors visit at $250 when it is clear the infection moved to the other eye with the exact same symptoms and if the dr had not change the instructions and kept it as an antibiotic for both eyes, this would not have happened. The doctors office would not let me speak to someone in management nor to the doctor. I will never go to this urgent care or doctor’s office again and do not recommend them to anyone. They are not patient/customer service oriented, sadly.

  My name is Kendra and I’ve been with them for years. The visit was excellent. Dr. Michelle is the best NP in the world if you ask me. She listens to you and she makes sure that you have everything you need to to feel better and get better . And stay healthy. She is so sweet and humble truly a woman of god. I’ve been a patient of her’s for 4 Year’s I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I truly love Dr. Michelle and recommend her to anyone that needs a health care provider. In my book she is definitely a five star Dr. I love my grace family health family. They hold up to their name everyone is really nice. I will be a patient for many years to come.   The entire team at A+ Urgent Care was fantastic! I am not from the area, and I fell and possibly broke my arm. It was after hours for most other facilities, but they were open until 8:00 p.m. (and actually stayed open a few minutes extra so that I was able to get the proper x-rays). While the radiologist is not on site outside of regular business hours, the on-site staff were able to provide some professional guidance until I get an official diagnosis. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk staff to the x-ray technician to the practitioner, were kind, thoughtful, gentle, and wonderfully patient. They went above and beyond their jobs and were remarkably kind during a painful and frustrating situation.

  Very clean and prompt service. Everyone was really nice and the doctor was caring and treated me promptly. I have now been here twice in the past couple of months and both times, I was seen quickly.

  I am fairly new to the area and found this place because of the YELP reviews and I am very glad I did. This will be our Urgent Care of choice from now on.

  Rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and professional. Second time for back sprain. This is now my goto place. Make sure you have proper ID & insurance cards. They do need to get paid. No cards=no care. I like that they kept my info in they system so I did not have to fill out an autobiography each time like some other places. Not sure how long they retain info but sure helped. If you want to complain about a wait, go to a hospital ER, it takes hours. This place is efficient, only delay is head count ahead of you. I guess you can make appointments on line too. ?

  Easy to book an urgent same day appointment. Was able to be seen in the next half hour and was done within 15 mins!! They are awesome, thorough and quick! What else do you want in a Urgent Care facility? 5 stars, would recommend!!

  Great “service” Good wait time. Extremely clean and sanitary. Friendly, helpful staff. Best urgent care I’ve been too. Love that I can make an appointment and even with a bunch of walk ins before me I was still seen in a reasonable amount of time, it didn’t feel like I made an appointment for “no reason”

  They are overbooked with patients and it is difficult to schedule an appt within a month. I waited for 20-30 min on the phone just to speak with someone to schedule an appt. Staff is nice and no issues with the providers but don’t hold your breath for referrals or appts

  I’ve been with Dr. Gutierrez at Rancho Family for several years now. He continues to provide exceptional care and takes the time to listen and understand my health concerns. One of my favorite things about him is his sincerity in wanting to meet the needs of me as his patient no matter how complex or simplistic. I don’t ever feel like it’s just a job for him. He is someone who truly cares. If you are looking for a physician who is intelligent, personable, and solution oriented you’ll LOVE this doctor. Battling a chronic medical condition is challenging enough…who wants to deal with needless drama over lab tests, prescription refills, referrals, ER/hosp follow-up appointments, and of course, all the endless forms employers are demanding these days. You won’t find any of these issues with this MD and his staff. Selina, his medical assistant is fantastic. No miscommunication whatsoever with her. If there’s something needed she works diligently to get the matter resolved. A special thanks goes out to those in the back office who I’ve talked with over the phone. Your kindness and compassion makes me feel valued and appreciated as a patient. I can’t recommend Dr. Rolando Gutierrez and his team high enough. Five stars all the way!

  I was a patient at Rancho for two years. I was assigned to a PA and, actually, never spoke to or met a doctor.

  The PA (Rebecca) was competent, thorough and her communication was clear and concise. So I generally never felt the need to request a physician.

  However, in October 2022 Rebecca was booked for five weeks out. I called the office and they indicated that I could come in at 8:00 am and play a lottery-type process to get seen by Rebecca. I asked if a doctor has an opening within the next five weeks and I was told no. I found that very troubling that I have to wait five weeks to see a PA. Accessibility to health care is one of my top three most important requirements.

  Also, when calling the menifee office, the average hold time was 15 to 20 minutes. I actually spoke with the office manager (she was very nice) but I did not experience any improvement.

  Accessibility, customer care, competency, communication and dedication to patient care are my top priorities. I feel that Rebecca was very competent but Rancho failed in the other areas.

  For example, dedication to patient care requires establishing and maintaining processes that patients can access doctors within Rancho when their primary care physician is not available.

  In terms of customer care, having patients wait on hold for more than ten minutes should not be acceptable to any patient. I have been in the waiting room at menifee and the office staff seems very capable to monitor the phones and process walk in patients. It seems that there is a lack of commitment to customer care by the front office staff.

  Finally, accessibility is so important to effective patient care. Having no access to a physician or PA for five weeks is not acceptable. With so many doctors and PAs on staff at multiple offices, simply telling me I have to wait for the PA assigned to me is a strong indication of a lack of patient care as a value priority. I moved to another practice where accessibility seems to be a top priority.

  Dr. Nermeen Akladeos’s and her staff were very competent and compassionate. Dr. Akladeos gave me an excellent physical exam with follow up tests to be completed before my next appointment with her. It was a pleasant experience for me from the time I entered Rancho Family Medical Group in Menifee until I left.

  I just switched over to the menifee location recently do to insurance change and the very first appointment I did not like Dr guiterrez. He was not thorough he did not take care of me like my last doctor’s did I have a thyroid problem so there is a lot of things that need to be checked every single time I come in every 3 months I have a lump on my throat he did not even bother to check it or feel it nothing I feel like I’ve just been put to the side. I thought maybe the first time it was just a bad day for him so i went in a 2nd time .I called about a week after I got my blood work done To ask if they’ve gotten the results yet they said they had but for some reason did not give me a call The front girl said that she would leave a message for the doctor to give me a call back no one has called me it’s been 3 weeks she even let me know that my levels were very low oand that I wouldn’t need a medication change it’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from this facility they’re awful people I could be in serious danger with my levels being so low but they don’t care about their patients. Would not recommend
