2 weeks agoConsistently great patient-care dental service. I have been going there for dental care for several years. For this visit, I had an urgent situation with a tooth. Options were clearly explained. Ample time was given to answer my questions. The technicians and dentist were attentive and explained every step prior to and during the procedure. I was thankful they were able to take me with a short notice and to plan out the follow-up care needed. I highly recommend them.a month agoI had a dental emergency and had a change in insurance provider so I contacted Amoskeag. They fit me in the next day with George as the orthodontist. He was very knowledgeable, calm, and patient. They evaluated the area and provided their strategy and pricing. The operation went really well and they were great on following up as well. That made me want to continue my cleanings there. I currently see Stephanie and she is clean, precise, and works well with her patients. She’ll let you know what she needs from you to perform a smooth cleaning and thanks you along the way. That shows me that she understands how people can see these as a less than enjoyable experience and is willing to ease her patients of needed. She also provided me with great knowledge and tips on how to maintain my oral health. I’ve also had Kelli perform a cleaning and she matches the staff’s professionalism. I enjoy Amoskeag’s staff and services.2 weeks agoThey’re awesome here. Had me in and out quickly, were super friendly and made sure I wasn’t in pain during a tooth extraction. Kinda pricy but 100% worth it and we’re willing to work with me on paying. Definitely go there if you need help4 weeks agoAs good as a dental office visit can get! I went in with a broken tooth thinking I was going to get some X-rays and they would be setting me up for a root canal in the following days. After reviewing the X-rays they had come to the conclusion that the tooth was not salvageable. They extracted it in record time right then and there, but always had me feeling comfortable and checking to make sure I was still doing okay. 10/10 service!2 weeks agoI cannot give the very talented people in this office enough praise. I have severe anxiety and the women in this office have some of the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. I’m terrified of getting shots in my mouth for numbing, I believe her name was Chandra(Sorry if I’m wrong), my goodness she was just outstanding. Dr. Solanek was very professional and very quick with extracting my two wisdom teeth. Thank you for making 30 years of a fear of the dentist minimize in one visit. I cannot extend my gratitude enough. #1 recommendation, I’m actually looking forward to going back.

a week agoWent there on Friday for a drug screening for work. I was told the wait was going to be about 45 minutes but I believe it was probably less than 25. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful and they had such a positive attitude. Nurse was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thank you!4 months agoCame in as a walk in foe job physical. Even though the company asked for a complete physical the fine employees at concentra were warm and accommodating. They got me through the whole process without any problems and were so nice and sweet, I forgot I was in New Hampshire. Just amazing group and I cannot say enough good things about them.a month agoThis was the most disorganized long waits of my life….I went for a simple drug test should be in and out waited 2 hours in Wilmington before having to drive. To nh. Once in nh they made me redo all paperwork and waiti like 45 min but there was only like 3 people so went faster ….but if I never have to go back it will be too soon4 months agoPaige is at the reception desk and she was absolutely wonderful and helping me to fill out my forms both in print are on my smartphone. Stephanie did some preliminary test for hearing and the color vision drew some blood and was absolutely terrific as well. Nurse practitioner Connell was absolutely wonderful as well…it was probably one of the best professional experiences I’ve ever had !!a month agoHad a long wait time despite being there at 7:00a and having an appointment through my employer. I had needed a urine screen and was still forced to wait over an hour. Very disorganized

2 weeks agoTo be honest, I was weary about going to Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. A soon as I walked in, I noticed that it was very clean. Not only in the waiting room but in the patient rooms, everywhere. Daniel Joseph, PA tended to me and he was awesome. He was more compassionate that my PCP! He diagnosed the problem and prescribed what was needed. He was kind and considerate of my symptoms and made me feel comfortable. Very professional and explained everything. A+++++3 months agoThe receptionist was extremely helpful with the online registration. (The actual system was tedious and didn’t refer to 90% of the requested scanned information.) The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner ruled out many possibilities and focused on the issue. She gave me options and time tables if I did not see improvement soon. The entire staff treated my husband and me with kindness especially being a shorten schedule on a holiday weekend.Thank you.a month agoDenied me needed medical care because i would not allow them to store my credit card and give them unfettered access. Even when my insurance indicated no fee. I offered to pay bill but the refused me without storing my card. Went to a professional urgent care that did not take that and was more intent on helping me medically. Will never go back. Patients be warned. Once you give them your card, you can never dispute a charge. They just take your money. Very fraudulent and unprofessional.a month agoThis location is inconsistently opened. Their hours are not 7 days a week 8am-8pm as listed. It’s whatever they feel like. Today for example, I waited prior to them opening, only to find out no one was coming in until 10 (I would have driven elsewhere had I known this). I called to asked about it and they said sometimes they don’t even open at all. I suggested they update their hours (seems like a reasonable thing) and the person on the phone hung up on me! When I did go last week, the receptionist was rude and I was there for 1.5hrs and one of the only patients there. I don’t get it. Go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.2 months agoOur son needed to be seen due to potential ear damage and we barely made it there before closing. Instead of being frustrated by our late arrival, everyone was so pleasant and helpful that it made a scary experience better. Thankfully, our son was fine and the recommended treatment worked well.
