2 months agoUpdated: Our dog ended up staying 8 days at Red River Animal Hospital due to an infection in her lungs and had surgery to remove a lung lobe during her time there. She is now about a month and a half post surgery. I can’t say enough good things about RRAEH. They were amazing pre surgery, during surgery, post surgery, and with any questions I’ve called with during at home recovery. We were kept updated with phone calls and pictures and we were able to visit her during the hospitalization at any point. The vets, surgeon, and vet techs/assistants communicated with us in a helpful and supportive way. Truly can’t say enough good things about our experience here. We will forever be thankful for all they did to help our dog.Original: Really friendly front desk staff, case history staff, and vets!!! The guy who answered my original phone call was friendly and helpful. Made me feel more comfortable in a scary situation. When I arrived at the clinic, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and wanted what was best for the animals there!
2 months agoOur dog Duke was referred to you by Kindness Veterinary hospital because he needed a blood transfusion. We got in within 3 hours and Duke was admitted. He got a lot of testing done and is now in a way better place and once again a very happy dog. The patience of the employees was over and above.a week agoThe staff listened to me, which was nice. Very thorough care for our dog. Appreciated the updates and great care our dog received while she waited several hours to be seen. I was listened to when I wanted her to stay and be seen. She didn’t look too bad but I knew she would need a lot of care. Her problem was worse than it appeared after examination. She got everything she needed and more! Such a relief to have her taken care of properly.a week agoThe care that Kaizer received was exceptional. I so appreciated the updates, and phone calls, and the pictures of our boy that were sent to us. Thank you for treating our precious member of our family with such amazing care! The text updates and the pictures updating us on his progress were very much appreciated.5 months agoI appreciate everything you did for my dog. The receptionists were so comforting and told me everything that would happen and even showed me where I could go to get some food while I waited. Everyone was wonderful and helped me with my financial issues and took care of my beloved dog so thoroughly. I will recommend this place to everyone who has pets and I will be forever grateful! The veterinarian took care of my beloved pet in the best way possible, despite my financial situation. Love you all and appreciate you so much!!! Bless you for all you do. ❤️

2 months agoI came in on a Sunday morning from out of town. Susan was nice, quick, efficient and super helpful. In and out in just a few minutes and sent to pick up a script. Thank you for such a quick yet efficient clinic!3 months agoI am never one to leave reviews but had to jump on and give the staff here the credit they deserve. Fast, easy process! They listen, they care; will recommend to everyone I know.7 months agoBest clinic in town! Walk in and be seen and out the door in 20minutes! No waiting in room full of people then seeing a nurse and then the doctor! Pay $40 which is easier than having to run insurance through the big companies! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Susan!a year agoWe are so thankful to have Sue at Convenient Care Clinic in West Fargo. She is knowledgeable and kind. We have been in a couple times and Sue truly takes her time to listen, educate and treat her patients. She even sent home treats & stickers for the big brothers at home! As a mom and a nurse, I really appreciated Sue asking me what I which option I would prefer in regards to treatment for my child. Sue really is the reason we have been back more then once, but the cost is the icing on the cake. Other walk in visits are $250+ with our insurance but at Convenient Care Clinic it is affordable. Thank you so much for having this excellent care in our community!!a year agoI met Sue because of an upper respiratory issue, not the other C word that means crown in other languages. I am so appreciative of her opening her own clinic! She is literally an angel, that’s the only way I can describe her. She makes you so comfortable immediately and TRULY CARES about all of her patients from the first second. She’ll always have a smile for anyone walking through those doors and shall do her absolute best to make sure you feel well! She and those employed next to her are such a wonderful group of people. You’ll be doing yourself the best favor when you’re not doing well by walking through her doors.

4 months agoWe are a (St. Lukes/Meritcare) Sanford family only!! Always, always get great service. Love all the staff at every clinic….very professional. Always make me feel like I’m special.10 months agoBetween the phone staff and the orthopedic surgery schedulers they didn’t give me a “holding spot” date for my surgery, delaying it by at least a month. When I inquired why they hadn’t done so scheduler Linda claimed ignorance. I asked if there was anyone there who might know the answer to my question. She suggested Patient Relations. i wondered how Patient Relations would know. (That’s a trap. Patient Relations just acts as legal defense.) I asked who was above her and it was like trying to pull teeth to get any answers. When I finally got a name — Erica, her supervisor — in an act of retaliation Lina then refused to schedule my surgery, delaying it further. Her supervisor Erica claimed not to believe what happened as she’s “known Linda for years.” It’s very easy to defend co-workers — it takes no effort. Debra “Debbie” Nagle in Patient Relations then backs them up no matter what they do — she’s worse than they are.2 years agoI’ve had multiple appointments here in Neurology. I have Dr. Sam as my doctor, who’s literally awesome ?. I’ve heard things I love, and things I hate. But I know that’s just me having a traumatic brain injury and being paralyzed on one side of my body because of a motorcycle accident. The tough things I’ve heard I absolutely needed. I’ve also had driving assessments here. For the most part these guys are awesome as well ??. Hopefully this next time around I’ll pass.5 years agoMy son had surgery on his knee. The staff did an awesome job caring for him. He said the nurses really cared for him. Every time we have visited Sanford in Fargo its always been a great experience. Nancy Johnson was awesome. She was very thourough explaining everything to us and she was very kind. I have no complaints. ?3 years agoMy daughter has been quite ill over the last few months and has been hospitalized at Sanford South 3 different times. The Drs and nurses are kind and caring.Their staff are helpful and treat patients with dignity and respect. As a Guardian I was pleased to see ample snacks at all times which is important when medication is is given for mental health reasons. If your looking for a caring place for your loves ones to be. Look no further. This place has been a Blessing to us.

Planning to Visit a Family Doctor? Here’s What You Should Consider!

When visiting a family doctor in the United States, there are several things to consider to ensure a successful and efficient visit. Here are some important factors to keep in mind:
- Insurance Coverage: Check if the doctor accepts your insurance plan. Contact your insurance provider or the doctor’s office to confirm.
- Appointment: Make an appointment in advance rather than walking in, as many family doctors have a busy schedule.
- Medical History: Bring your medical history, including any previous diagnoses, medications, and treatments, to provide accurate information to the doctor.
- Symptoms and Concerns: Be prepared to describe your symptoms or concerns in detail. Write them down beforehand, if necessary, to avoid forgetting any important information.
- Health Records: If you are a new patient, consider contacting your previous healthcare provider to transfer your medical records to the current doctor.
- Questions: Prepare a list of questions or concerns you have before the visit to ensure all your queries are addressed during the appointment.
- Medications: Bring a list of all the medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements, that you are currently taking.
- Allergies: Inform your doctor about any known allergies or adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
- Follow-up: Understand the doctor’s instructions and follow them accordingly. If necessary, schedule any follow-up appointments or tests.
- Payment: Have a plan for payment, whether it is through insurance or out-of-pocket. Familiarize yourself with your insurance copay or deductible amounts.
By considering these factors, you can have a productive and successful visit to your family doctor in the United States, ensuring that your health concerns are addressed effectively.
