  Both the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and relaxed but extremely competent. The doc knew just what to do. The receptionist got me to a room quickly. I didn’t wait at all. This was by far the best all-round experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I will always come to this urgent care if I ever need it again.

  The whole process was quick and the staff efficient. I was in and out quickly due to a bleeding injury. Paul was great. He helped me out quickly and he was reassuring the healing will be fine. He’s great with patients.

  This was my first time utilizing this type of facility. They greeted me when i entered the building. When i told them i thought i broke my foot they quickly asked if i needed a wheelchair. Erin Hogan PA was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything in details that I could understand. After my x-ray revealed a broken bone in my foot he explained what it all meant and what i need to do during the healing process. I was very impressed with his way to explain things, was open to questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process.

  The PA that took care of my husband was Pete and he was absolutely incredible! Wonderful bedside manners, was very calm and helped us feel at peace. Everyone on the staff was so nice and got us right in, considering my husband had a head injury. We felt so taken care of.

  I was put in a room really fast. The whole experience with X rays and out the door was about an hour and a half. I would have been in the emergency room all night. Every staff member was caring and diligent. In all, it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend Bay are Urgent care center!

  I have used Bayside Urgent Care twice in the past month, both for unexpected accident/illness, when my primary could not get me in on short notice. Both visits far exceeded my expectations!

  As a first time patient, I was in and out surprisingly fast… and my 2nd visit was the same or faster! Around 30 minutes total each time. The medical staff was attentive, did not make me feel rushed or hurried in any way while listening to me and performing the examination. They also took the time to thoroughly explain their diagnosis and treatment plan. In both cases, they were spot on with their treatment and I quickly began to recover.

  I have high deductible health insurance where I pay 100% out of pocket until I reach my deductible. My visits to Bayside Urgent Care cost me substantially less than a visit to my primary for what I feel was equal to or better care than what my primary provides. I am beyond happy with them and will continue to use them if needed!!! Big thanks to the staff there!!! : )

  This clinic was amazing. Visiting from out of town, and we had an emergency situation for one of the kids. We were seen promptly, the clinic dealt with our insurance. The most wonderful part was they had lab technicians on site, and we had the condition diagnosed accurately within 10 min. The PA was sincere, honest, and walked us through the treatment options.

  Fast, friendly, convenient & super professional.

  I went to Bayside Urgent Care for treatment of an infected finger. Paperwork, usually the first of a series of unpleasantries at a doctor’s office, was surprisingly quick. In no time after that, I was being examined & cared for by a very friendly & professional physician’s assistant (whose name I regretfully cannot remember). She patiently explained step by step the procedure I was to undergo, and very expertly carried out said regimen. In no time flat she was done & I was out of there. All insurance paperwork handled & done.

  I wish all medical appointments were so smooth. I highly recommend them & will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future procedures.

  Bayside – great care! Maria gave me a thorough checkout. Roger was so fast when he painlessly drew blood for labs. Sean took great care of a toe I severely stubbed. They were ALL so helpful, friendly, and really CARED about what was bothering me. Great visits, and it all starts with the ladies at reception who make me feel so welcome. I highly recommend Bayside Urgent Care!!!

  I took my son to this urgent care near my house! And as soon as I walk in I hear the nurse Say “OH MY GOD!” It was 15 minutes till closing , So I get it they probably had a long day! No greeting or anything! I tell them I’m sorry I know you guys close soon, but I need my son to see a provider. One of the nurses rolls her eyes while the other one slams the paper on the counter and tells me to fill out the paperwork. I don’t understand humanity now a days. We pay for this service we should not be treated so impolite. One day they are going to have a family member or themselves be treated with an attitude and deep down they are going to realize it for themselves. I’m a critical care nurse, I have never ever treated family members or patients like this. I’m a firm believer what comes around goes around! So what I did was, I looked up and I said “you know what I don’t need this right now.” Yes, it was probably unprofessional of me to do that, but at the same time if this is the care I’m getting upfront at the desk! I wasn’t going to have it. P.s this isn’t the first time I’ve been here, they have always been UNPLEASANT!! I did not fill out the paperwork or sign in and took my son to MedExpress urgent care Countryside location. Where I was greeted with a Smile and asked how can I help you…I have told family members, coworkers and friends about this place and whoever is reading this I would not recommend to go here!

  My nurse Deborah, was very nice & did her job well. Sylwia Cyrwus was awesome taking care of my problem. I have a hearing disability & disability understand what I do hear. Sylwia Cyrwus put me at ease by removing her mask so I could lip read, and standing close and speaking clearly and directly to me. I would be very happy to have her for my primary doctor when she’s available. The medication she prescribed is working and I feel so much better. She is a very caring physician.

  On a relatively quiet Sunday I brought my 89 year old mother to be seen for a painful neck and shoulder. After registering we waited about 10 minutes and was taken to a room. She was checked in relatively quickly but then we were left in the exam room for 40 minutes without anyone checking in on her or updating us about the wait. It was very quiet and 3 techs were just sitting there. A PA came in and spent maybe 10 mins with us. No apology for the wait and he seemed anxious to finish. I was unimpressed and won’t recommend this facility.

  After being exposed to a relative who had contracted COVID-19 while in a hospital, I went for a Covid test. The staff was accommodating and expedient. The doctor talked to me about my options. I got my PCR results in 24 hours. Both of the tests were negative. They gave me peace of mind. Thank you Baycare UC!
