3 months agoMade an appointment, received a call that the wait would be 1 – 2 hours AFTER my “appointment” time and that they would call when they are ready for me – I live 5 minutes away. After arriving after the call (which was 2 hours later) I proceeded to sit in the waiting room, then in the back for over 45 minutes without being seen. They took a patient back after me who was a walk in and was seen by the doctor prior to me. They had better insurance than I do. The facility was filthy and seriously lacking in professionalism. Go ANYWHERE but here. Shame on you AFC.2 weeks agoAs a walk-in patient, the intake forms process was easy, done on my phone. My wait time was minimal. MA was pleasant and professional, as was the PA who examined me. All if my questions were answered. I was glad I had the Urgent Care address my ear issue, instead if waiting until the Holiday weekend ended. Thank goodness it was nothing serious!a week agoFound this urgent care through my insurance plan since I got sick on vacation Everyone (check in staff, nurse and doctor) were very friendly and helpful. I was cared for quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. They did a great job!3 weeks agoAfter going to 2 other walk in clinics. I ended here. The first clinic. No Good. The second was great. They called my insurance and found that AFC accepted it. and if not come back and they gave me a price upfront. Finally I ended at AFC. They were AWESOME. the front staff was extremely polite and helpful. The first person I talked to was great. He wrestled and…oh. He got right to the point with my symptoms. Then the doctor came in. Quick to the point and got me out of there. If you must be at a clinic, this is the place. I actually left happy and relieved Thanks to a gret visit with Amazing Staff.a month agoNice clean place. I got right in. They ruled out that I had a sprain and not a break in my foot after falling. They gave me written care instructions and they also gave me a disk with the images of the x-rays! They were more reasonably priced than the other urgent care places. I will definitely use them in the future.

The great reviews here helped me feel comfortable choosing this practice, and I’m glad we did. Our walk in afternoon visit was fast and well organized, we received excellent care from provider Melissa Grob, and the pricing appeared transparent and fair. (We will know specific details once our insurance processes the claim.) I travel to the area frequently, and will definitely visit again if I’m in need of urgent care.a month agoOut of an abundance of caution, I went to the Littleton location to get an x-ray of my foot (turned out to be a very bad sprain) but I had an upcoming trip and needed to be certain it wasn’t broken. The providers here were very supportive and understood my concern. They were thorough, knowledgeable and kind. While I expect there will be longer than normal wait times at any urgent care location, it helped that the providers here were very communicative and transparent about their wait times. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again if needed.in the last weekI was seen immediately mid-morning on a Friday. The nurse and doctor were perfectly kind and accommodating. The doctor sent my pharmacy a scrip for what I needed. I had been told the x-ray machine would be ready at 10 am, which is why I went in 20 minutes later. However, the technician wasn’t there to do it. She was “on her way.” So I didn’t get the image I requested. I was given a referral for an x-ray at my leisure later in the week at a different site. Overall, I was grateful to be seen, and my medical situagiin addressed, as my PCP was booked for more than a week out.a month agoExcellent, quick service at 10p on a Sunday night. Staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem and submitted an Rx to our pharmacy to be collected the next morning. Online check in was quick/easy. Only rating 4/5 stars because after we completed the online process, we didn’t receive any confirmation (email or text) so it was unclear if our check in was received.2 months agoThis clinic is open 4 hours longer than the surrounding clinics, which is very helpful. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering and walked us through paperwork quickly. The patient was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and the med tech and nurse practitioner were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and calming. Diagnosis received promptly with great education. We will definitely be back if we are in need of urgent care, after hours.

3 months agoThe Emergency Department was/is run very efficiently. The staff was very cordial, helpful and professional. Everyone whom I came into contact with was knowledgeable and seemed very confident in their ability. Lastly, the hospital was very clean. It so happens that this visit was because I needed medical attention; however, I have been in this hospital before, to visit others, and my observations then were the same as I have documented for my own experience.2 months agoThis is a wonderful hospital! Our experience started in the ER where we encountered a kind and compassionate staff, especially Veronica. My brother was then transferred to the second floor in the hospice room. EVERYONE that helped us were absolutely wonderful because they were so compassionate, caring and helpful! They did everything they could to make this painful time a little less painful. We want to give a special shout out to Jenelle, Kendra and Erica. Extra special nurses in an exceptional staff. We lost my brother, but we felt so much love from the admissions clerk to the janitor and everyone in between! Thank you, Centennial Hospital, because you are a model that all hospitals should be patterned after! The Yeackley Family.5 months agoI don’t normally leave reviews, but felt strongly compelled to do so in this case. From the time that I walked in to the time that I got in the car to leave I received exemplary care. The girl at registration was absolutely delightful and went way above and beyond to be helpful. The nurses in all units were caring and personable. The OT gentleman was amazing and so helpful. I would say the common theme was that everyone there really listened to me as the patient and cared about what was important to me. That and they were knowledgeable and skilled in their field. Thank you to everyone that cared for me!!2 months agoMy first (and hopefully last) ER visit was made less terrible by the wonderful staff at CHER. I didn’t have to wait at all for a bed, and I could tell that the hospital ran like a well-oiled machine. Everyone from the X-ray techs to the ER doctor was pleasant and I felt well taken care of.2 months agoThe woman who did my echocardiogram was amazing. I hate that I do not remember her name. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable that I barely knew I was having a procedure done. God bless her for her kindness!
