  Inefficient, slow. Waited 3.5 hours for basic X-Ray and results.

  They don’t have doctors, and send X-Ray for review to 3rd party. Once asked detailed questions about X-Ray, answers were not clear. Makes sense why… PA don’t always know what they’re looking at.

  I would not recommend this Urgent Care if you’re looking for quality diagnostic or treatment advice.

  I came as a walk in appointment with my child. There weren’t many people there, so we were seen quickly. The staff was all very nice and spoke to both me and my child ( the patient). They explained each test they ran and answered all of my questions.

  I had an amazing experience at this Urgent Care. Navi the PA took great care of me as well as the other staff. Tracy, Gaby, Arianna, and KP make a great team and provide excellent customer service to their patients. 10/10 would recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience at this UC today. I came in with terrible neck/shoulder pain and the whole team was very friendly, respectful, and great listeners. I also really liked that I could make an online appointment online on their website in advance. They said I got lucky and just barely missed the busy morning rush, so I was probably out quicker than most. Of course, I hope to never have to come back (knock on wood), but if I do, I’d come back here. Thank you to the wonderful team. ?

  I have been here a few times. They are always professional, kind, and quick.. The doctor listened to me and gave me input in my treatment options. I don’t like taking a lot of meds and they worked with that. Great place. I love the online appointment and check in system. The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Miles better than emergency room!!!

  I came in today for a UTI, and all of my concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently and in a detailed manner. The nurse and the doctor answered all my questions and made me feel way ease. I got prescribed medicine which I got pretty quickly. Great service!

  It’s very difficult for me to go to the doctor, I tend to deal with things myself. However; due to the nature of my condition and the amount of pain, I had to come here for help. It was hard, I was crying my eyes out and the issue is very personal. The staff and the doctor “Craig” were more than I could have asked for in compassion and easing me. They were patient and so caring. Thank you for being wonderful humans; I appreciate it so much.

  Carbon Health, on El Camino Real in Encinitas, is such a pleasure to walk in to. All the staff is warm and friendly, yet professional. The offices are so clean and well-organized. I got great care today, as I have every time I’ve been there. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs medical attention. Lucky to have it in our neighborhood!

The team was professional and caring evaluating her condition and trying to keep her calm in a very difficult situation. 911 was called and they arrived in a few minutes.   I took my 7 year old into Carbon Health on July 4th. Making an appointment was so easy, the staff was super friendly, and we were in and out of there in a flash. I would HIGHLY recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care to everyone! We also got excellent care by the nurse and PA. After I got the results of my son’s tests, I had more questions so I had the doc call me to discuss, which he did. Overall, 5/5 stars.

  I absolutely recommend this place! I think his name was Darren but he was AMAZING! Really cared for his patients and just went above and beyond to check in on everyone! My doctor was a female (can’t remember her name) and she was very informative and kind and also just really cared about her job! They work really fast and they really take good care of you! Favorite place by far!

  I had to go here for a pre-employment drug test/physical, if you don’t get her as soon as they open you can expect to wait hours. My testing and seeing the doctor took almost 2 hours total. The staff are very nice and the doctor that I saw was nice. The hearing test booth is very old but it’s accurate because it matched another test I had.

  Very helpful at front desk. Pleasant and smiling while checking me in. Not a very long wait for my pre-employment physical. Perfectly administered TB test ( wish I got her name), and the PA was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Clear discharge instructions including follow up for the TB test. Just an FYI: exiting the parking lot going left is very tricky! Possibly needs better signage?

  Concentra asked for this feedback so I’ll give it. I had an appointment for a work physical for 1pm and didn’t get seen until 2pm. The front desk employees seem be to have been given a directive to discourage making appointments and push just “walking in.” Well I tried walking in and the wait was 2.5hrs one day so I pushed for an appointment. I was only given one when I really pushed and it was 2 weeks out. People cannot take that much time off work to sit around and wait. An older man came in to actually be seen for “urgent” care and not a work physical or drug test like the rest of us and was told his wait time was 3.5 hours. That’s ridiculous. Providers were kind and respectful once I was seen. They get the 2 stars.

  I went to see a hand specialist, and he was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve seen in the last three months. Every time I have went and had an appointment with him he actually took the time to hear me out and make sure my needs for met. A lot of times with the doctors there in a rush. They don’t listen to you and all my other previous experiences were not that great. However, it was such a blessing to be around someone who genuinely cared about my treatment.
