a week agoI fell ill while traveling. I was so pleased to have found CareWell Urgent Care. The wait was short, the staff was great and the doctor was very thorough. I received a follow up call 4 days after my visit to relay lab results, confirm my treatment plan and check that I was feeling better. Above and beyond and very appreciated.3 weeks agoI was the *4th* person to enter and be seen, first thing Monday morning. The front desk staff was great – for the 2 hours in the waiting room. 1 hour in the examine room. I spent 5 minutes with the doctor who *didn’t listen*. Not only did they record what I said incorrectly on my discharge sheets, it was also a misdiagnosis. They were happy to run several tests though! Suggest to avoid for anything serious.2 months agoWow! What a great experience. A friendly, empathetic front-desk worker who really knew all the ins-and-outs. A competent Nurse Practitioner who took my issues seriously. So much better than most urgent care places I have been to! Great job everyone!2 months agoI had a very good experience with my visit to the CareWell Urgent care center at Cambridge MA. The nurse and technician who treated me were very professional. They asked my symptoms in detail and explained all the procedures patiently. After my visit, the nurse called me again and followed up with more detailed result. She also gave me advances and suggestions. This is a great center. Thank you for your help!3 months agoThe help and customer service I received from the Laboratory was great. However, the front desk experience was horrible. First of all, I was told to come back or go to another location because I didn’t have an appointment. I had been there two days ago and hadn’t been informed about needing an appointment at all. When I mentioned this, the staff member said they made that change on the same day. I waited for a long time explaining my situation, and then another woman said they do take drug tests without appointments. She called me rude because I was asking for the service I deserved. Interestingly, she was the same woman who told me to come back a few days ago. If I had walked away when the first staff member told me to, I wouldn’t have received any service at all. So, my point is that the front desk should have accurate information. Additionally, after keeping me waiting for over 20 minutes and pushing me to go somewhere else, I shouldn’t have been called rude.

a month agoStay away from CHA and Dr Md Sheikh! I went there for my annual preventative primary care check up, which is supposed to be cover 100% by my insurance, however just because I mentioned I recently had a headache when the doctor asked me how was my general health, CHA refused to bill this visit as an annual primary care check up, and instead billed it as a diagnostic visit, and charged me additional 200 out of pocket. I have never visited a clinic that’s so greedy.7 months agoAlways very well taken care of my self, very good staff, nurses, doctors, every one treats you very good,My primary Doctor Cassie F. Is always awesome, she treats me very well, she is very worried with everything that is possible going on, last time she went above and beyond to help me with problems,

They will not ask if they don’t have your insurance info and bill you an inflated price for your care.a year agoSandra is the best nurse, and the front desk staffs are helpful. The CHA at assembly row closed accidentally, and we visited CHA at East Cambridge for assistance. They helped us out efficiently and patiently informed further solutions for us.a year agoWere castigated severely by the front desk lady for being late. After abusing us, the lady spoke in a simpering tone to a nurse on the inner phone in front of us, the patients: an ailing fatigued mother who had dragged two toddlers through terrible heat.
