a month agoWe arrived around midnight, there was a wait but it was short. The staff was polite and courteous which is something you do not see at Cedar Park Regional for example. My daughter was seen quickly. Test results came back quickly also. The Dr. is amazing! Extremely thorough. I am happy that we were recommended to come here! Hopefully it is not needed but if it is we will come back to this ER!3 weeks agoThe staff here was incredible. Tiffani was the receptionist at the front desk so sweet and was so kind. Carol was our Rad tech and so professional and sweet, she made sure my husband and I were comfortable. Erika was our Er tech and made me feel comfortable during my ultrasound and so was so knowledgeable. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He checked up on me and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. He and Sara assured me that I was in great hands. Dr. Warwick was an amazing doctor, who was consistent with assurance that he would take care of me. He explained everything in detail and always checked to make sure I was comfortable. Pete was very sweet and nice and did a great job. Thanks to all for ensuring that I would be taken care of. I would always recommend you guys.3 weeks agoI get kidney stones quite often and am in a great deal of pain. The staff have always been beyond kind to me. I was in today and Scott was amazing. He checked on me regularly and was just a genuinely nice person. All the doctors have been amazing as well. Checking in often and really caring of what I need. I go to Ally any time when it’s an emergency because I can always trust that I will be in good hands.a week agoTook my son due to illness. They were very thorough and able to identify the issue and provide proper treatment. Nice, personable staff.a week agoVery welcoming, friendly, and professional. My mother-in-law was very sick, and her chest was hurt. She thought she was having a stroke. They did all the exams and labs that she needed. She didn’t pay anything (she had health insurance, but we expected to pay something).They are great!

a week agoI had an appointment for a youth sport physical. 25 minutes before being called back, then waited another hour and half before we saw the doctor. Nurse was a careless, rude, lying witch. The Doctor was good. Pleasant and detailed. I would not ever use this place due to the nurse and the wait time. My appointment was at 7:48pm we left that place at 9:50pm. I plan to file a complaint.in the last weekAbsolutely amazing staff! You automatically get the sense of caring. My son needed a strep test and he was scared, they offered him a popsicle. So kind and helpful! Highly recommend. You get a rubber ducky at the end too! 10/10!in the last weekEveryone was very nice, patient and professional from the front desk to the nurse that brought us to our room to the doctor who saw my child. Yes there was a bit of a wait even with a scheduled appointment. But the customer service we received was outstanding.2 weeks agoFirst time ever to go there. Took my daughter in to get tested for Covid. Everyone in the office was great and friendly. Our appointment was at 2:15 and as busy as they were they got us in pretty quick. Will use them again if needed.12 months agoThis was our first time using Urgent Care for Kids. My appointment didn’t work. ( I don’t know why)so my family waited 1 hour. The nurse was very friendly. The physician was good and my daughter feel comfortable.

in the last weekTotally disappointed by the care of this location. I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment at this location, which is what was approved by my insurance. As I entered, they greeted me by telling me that there’s no provider in house and only had the option of a virtual appointment .I could barely breathe and feeling pretty sick and I am there mainly so they can listen to my lungs. How can a provider do a proper assessment virtually? How can they listen to my lungs and come up with a proper diagnosis? I was there mainly for that. Yet they probably still would of charged my insurance the same amount of money. As a registered nurse for 40 years I’m appalled by this new model of care. Patients Need to know that they/we have rights and this is coming from a registered nurse. I would have at least appreciated a phone call before I left my home with a 45 minute drive sick as a dog, to let me know that there was no provider on duty. We deserve better!3 weeks agoThe doctors and nurses are great. The front desk people do not want to work. They are rude. And when I walked in for my 10:00 appointment one was on the phone and the other was opening mail. I had a few minutes before my scheduled time to get checked in. And the one opening mail points to the one on the phone and says she will be with you in a minute. So Mail is more important that checking patients in on time. And I was checked in late because they had to send me a registration text and I had to wait for the woman to get off the phone for anything to be done because checking the mail is so important. Why schedule a time to come in when the front desk makes you late anyway?a month agoAbsolutely love the PA/Doctor on staff. Receptionist was welcoming, the office and rooms were clean. We booked a last minute appointment, we were in and out in no time. We’ve been to others in the area and I was glad we picked this Urgen Care vs others in the area. Definitely recomended hopefully your experience will be as good as ours.2 months agoHad an appointment today. When I arrived, I was informed that there wasn’t a medical provider in the office. They were doing virtual visits. I had an ear that needed to be looked at. So, they rescheduled me for 5 hours later at the Cedar Park location. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour. Why make appointments if you can’t get in?3 weeks agoMade an appointment only to show up and be told they’re doing virtual appointments only. Why was this not mentioned on the website? Very upsetting when I wasn’t feeling well at all. Had my appointment moved to the Georgetown location, and to my surprise, they weren’t running my insurance correctly and was asked to pay a large sum outa pocket. I walked out and I called my insurance and they said they were giving me the wrong Information. I gave up! Avoid all Next Care urgent cares like the plague! The worst urgent cares ever!
