  I was turned away at the front desk without being looked at because they said it’d be a liability. I had a previous small scalp surgery which I believe has developed an infection but they won’t look at it because they didn’t do the surgery; they told me I have to go back to where I got the surgery in the first place. On a holiday. When all doctors offices are closed. And that’s that, they told me to leave. I’ve honestly never heard of such a thing ever. Not even when I took my teen to Children’s Health PM urgent care on a weekend because she developed an abscess after her wisdom teeth were removed. Children’s didn’t refuse to see her because they hadn’t been the ones to do her oral surgery. I’m honestly flabbergasted. What is the point of urgent care if they refuse to see your particular injury or illness, especially on a holiday? I will never go to NextCare again, my family will not come here again, I will tell friends to not go here, and I will advise all of my doctors to recommend their patients not seek care at this place. Thanks to NextCare, I have to live with a infection which may get worse before I can be seen by my doctor. That’s some liability.

  Update: Neither my doctors nor any of their staff had ever heard of an urgent care clinic refusing to see someone like I was refused. They are just as flabbergasted as I am. I recommend seeking care elsewhere.

  Everyone was so nice! The Dr was compassionate and listened to me when explaining my symptoms. She did a thorough check and immediately diagnosed me, gave me an antibiotic and cough medicine. Very little wait time, no other people and everything was clean. It was a lovely visit and I left feeling I got excellent care.

  I drove 5.6 miles to get to this place because I remember seeing it beside the Fish Shack where I order take-out often. There is an urgent care location less that ½ mile from where I live, but the area is not the best, so I chose to go here. I am so glad I did. While I was in the parking lot, no other cars were there was 1 other car and then 1 pulled up soon after another. When I went in, there were 2 people ahead of me. I had to register myself on line by scanning the QR code, which I will register on-line on the website in advance the next time to save time. The wait after completing everything was 10-15 minutes. The nurse who did all my vitals was very nice, caring and compassionate. The nurse practitioner was the same and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, my reason the visit was not too serious. The 2 prescriptions given had me feeling better within 12 hours after taking them. Excellent customer service at this location. It was quiet and very clean. I loved the atmosphere and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this location. I don’t regret passing by other locations to visit this one.   They were reasonably fast and efficient. They seemed to be fairly knowledgeable (for my minor scratch infection) and efficient. Most of all, what impressed me was that I called them afterwards with a question, and not only did they pick up the phone, but they called me back as they promised. This is quite unusual in my experience and I really appreciated it.

  This place is great if you want to waste your money!!! If you have an easy and general concern maybe you’ll be luckier than I was but I highly DO NOT recommend. They told me only things google could too and couldn’t answer ANY of my questions. There were errors in doctors notes for my personal employer (plural due to both of the doctors notes being wrong before and after I called).Nothing was detailed in documentation as to why I was unable to work. There was little to no details on personal documentation and health reports. As well as, no medical details/reports of the visit and outcome posted on personal file. I dealt with three people from two different offices that all didn’t know what they were doing. Absolutely no follow up after the appointment as symptoms proceeded and no diagnosis was given on the first visit and a follow up call was promised. Even after I expressed my concerns, little to no help or explanation was provided. My experience was a JOKE!!!! Please don’t be fooled by this company!!! I wish I could get my money back.

  I am very pleased with CareNow Urgent Care. Customer Service is great. They are friendly and make you feel at ease as well as they are very professional when discussing the reason you are there. Today made the second time I have been there in 16 months. Both visits were for cuts that needed stitches. I recommend going there if there is a need. Much better than that “Prime” “A” place.

  The clinic is very neat and clean on the inside, and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was not busy when I went and I was seen in a very fair amount of time.

  I have to give a 3 star review due to the lack of follow up. I had a few questions once I received some results, and was never able to get them answered. After calling and being connected to the nurse’s station twice, the phone was never answered. I left a message both times and my call was never returned. It should not be this difficult to have a conversation about follow up care. I can understand the phone not being answered due to the nurses being busy, but calls certainly need to be returned when messages are left.

  This was my second time at CareNow. I was happy with my first visit and decided to try them again. This time I had a sinus infection and an ear ache. I was a walk in, but treated within 15 minutes. The staff were efficient and professional. My diagnosis was clear, with clear instructions for treatment. I would not hesitate to visit CareNow in the future if needed.

  Very quick online check in. They had a room for me within 5 min of arriving. The doctor was very helpful and suggested me to go to Medical City ER because of the scope of my injury. They internally transferred me there so there was no wait at the Hospital ER.

  Wonderful experience! From the cordial greeting at the front reception area to the examination, and back again thru the front area! All three humans I interacted with were warm and kind, all very easy to talk to and explain my ailments. Very professional while not being stuffy. Just going made me feel better!

  Woke up not feeling well and needed to get in somewhere right away. Went online and was able to get an appointment for 8:20 AM. Arrived at the clinic and Liz got me checked in right away. I was called back promptly at 8:20 am by Nikki. Was seen by Nikki and Mike. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Very positive experience.

  Needed to find somewhere close and fast, I have been sick for 4 days and I go back to work tomorrow and I needed a doctors note. I walked in and receptionist was super nice, may I add I’m 20 years old so it’s my first time doing something like this independently. Front desk told me to fill out information. When it came to my insurance I didn’t have my card with me but from my social they could look it up and she was thoughtful to pint it out for me to have a spare copy of my insurance which is gonna come in handy. Waited not long till they called me up and they did the testing routine. Doctor mike was so nice and thorough. He knew exactly what over the counter medicine I’ve been taking, and what to help with my congestion I have up in the nostril area. Everyone was so helpful and handled me with care. %100 recommend coming here they won’t just over look you, I left with my doctors note and will come back with any future health issues or concerns

  All of the women I encountered here were so sweet and helpful – I felt fully supported and cared for as a walk in patient. They were able to see me and help me quickly and I felt at ease throughout my visit. The system they use for checking in is also super easy and convenient which made my visit even better. I definitely recommend NextCare if you are in need of a clinic!
