a month agoGreat place and staff! I was pressed with time for my son to get his sports physical done. The receptionist (Luz) was great over the phone and helped me with a same day appointment. Upon arriving, I was acknowledged by the Medical Assistant with a greet and smile as Luz was helping another Patient. The Medical Assistant and Provider were very professional and made us feel welcomed. My Son and I were extremely great full with the experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care Indio.3 months agoI’ve always had a good experience here whether I’m coming in for myself or my children. Great staff, and it’s easy to make an appointment the same day with no waiting. The visits are always informative and not hurried, and prescriptions are sent out promptly. I appreciate the electronic forms and technology so I’m not filling out endless paperwork. The app makes the experience a lot more seamless than other places too. I was worried when they changed from MedPost to Carbon Health a while back but it’s actually better. Everyone at this location is professional and friendly, from the front desk and nurses to the clinicians.2 months agoI recently visited Carbon Health urgent care on 42nd and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and I was seen quickly. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. a week agoI came in to the Riverside location due to an injured right foot (I missed a step in a stairwell earlier that morning). The PA, Jacob, examined my foot and ordered an X-ray (done off-site down the street). Jacob was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful, and I was provided a note for work too on request. The nurses were also friendly and helpful during my visit. This was my 4th visit to this urgent care, and I appreciate their service and would come back again!in the last weekTook my daughter in for an ear impaction, and the staff was wonderful. The nurse was great with her and flushed her ear, and it went exceptionally well. Doctor was really great, too. Definitely recommend!4 weeks agoHad my ear looked at the girls upfront were very nice cordial. The doctor was nice. The whole staff was very helpful. The girl that did my ear lavage was super nice as well. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was the assistant. I would recommend this place highly2 weeks agoTook my daughter to the doctor and was seen by PA PAULA Ochoa was in and out within minutes and my medication ready at the pharmacy within 30 minutes! Juana the manager of the Location was amazing checking on us multiple times. Provided my daughter with colors and a coloring page to keep her entertained. Ricardo the MA was training a student MA on how to intake a patient and was very nice and informative. With this staff and Manager I will make sure to always return to this office.a month agoConsidering this is an urgent care facility, I feel that a 1 hour wait time is not too bad. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. I definitely do and will recommend for people to use Apple Urgent Care in Hemet!

2 weeks agoGood luck trying to get an appointment. Back when it first open up the official lady would call me to schedule my daughters check up but after 4 years being with them, they didnt call me. I had to always call them and they never had anything available within 2 months. It was sad to leave because I love the staff and doctors however I have little babies and I can’t wait 2+ months for a check up.2 months agoI called this morning at 7:30am (this is the magical time to call for any cancelations within the same day) and I got scheduled right away with Dr. Patrick Edward PHELAN. He took the time to explain why all the symptoms that my 4 year old is having since January this year. He spent more than the usual 15 minutes with her in the room and referred her to a specialist and tests to be done. I like his approach, time spent and knowledge. The check in, waiting time in the lobby and in the room were very fair for a busy clinic with just one pediatrician there. The facility is very well kept.3 months agoDecided to update my rating from a previous 5 star. Personally I feel like SAC Health is taking on a higher volume of patients & standard care is decreasing. I was unable to schedule a 10 day check up for my newborn as Dr. Suggested was seen a month later & now am unable to schedule her 2 month vaccination we have found a new office. My wellness check with Diana Gascon was poor she was dismissive and missed my symptoms. We hope the best for the office and staff.2 years agoThis was a great experience after being turned away at premier urgent care off Monroe in Indio at 8:30pm when they closed at 9. I arrived around 8:38pm and the admissions lady was very nice and making casual conversation to make time go by fast. The RN was polite as well as the medical assistant who helped me hold down my very stubborn daughter for a Covid test. The Nurse practitioner called in before coming in to let us know my daughters condition, she indeed test positive for Covid. Once she came in she let us know what we can do to make it a little easier to ease the virus. I’m fully vaccinated but I was concerned for work and they did give me paperwork in order to care for my daughter and school. Thank you to everyone at the office that night, my nerves were through the roof. My daughter is 7 days now with the virus, her fever has broke and cough is going away. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!4 years agoCame across DR. Vaccaro by accident but I am glad I did. I love how he takes the time to explain everything, he is friendly and really makes you feel comfortable. I have also seen another doctor there and he was so professional and attentive to our needs. Wait time is minimal and the place is very well kept.
