a month agoThe provider Felipe PA was so exceptional and attentive. Finally figured out my issue after weeks of not feeling well and not knowing.Literally made my day . I’m so impressed and so grateful …and I’m feeling better finally. Spoke to me like a human and was so thorough and helpful! I tended in the past to not go to get help if I was ill because of inattentive providers. This place and he are absolutely amazing. Wonderful experience:)a month agoTidy facility, nice staff, very attentive and caring spirit. It was my second visit to this facility since the drive through COVID19 mess 2 years ago. Nice lady but I did not like how she stuck that stick up my nose, must have been her first time. This visit was short and sweet.a month agoI was charged $258 to wait in a little room for 45min (not exaggerating, I timed it), and speaking with a physician for 5 minutes just to hear him recite what I red on a quick Google search. He asked me to follow up with someone else. I called their billing department, they said that because I have insurance they charged me $176, but they charge an extra $82 for seeing you in the weekend. I would’ve appreciated if the staff would’ve told me about the extra weekend charge when I asked them since I wasn’t on ant sort of pain or emergency. $258 for an urgent care to have you wait 45 minutes and actually talking to a general physician for 5 minutes whom gave me less information than a quick Google search is just ridiculous. Go somewhere else!a month agoThe place is nice, the male receptionist was very helpful and friendly, but the women that work there, the attitudes are DISGUSTING. I went in for an appointment and never got seen! They placed my name in a room and never sent me in to be seen! People coming in after me got seen before me. Was sitting there for an HOUR and no one came to me.a month agoI love the receptionist they are always courteous and they LISTEN! I went today for a concern based on a relative possibly receiving a result because of me and the doctor came in with poor perception. Rather then him actually LISTENING and HEARING me he met me with arrogance. I ended up walking out because I realized his arrogance superceded his ability to be helpful…

a month agoThe entire team of staffs in East Hartford Concentra Location are very awesome, professional and helpful. The staff who took over my process is called Melissa, my God, she is very awesome and professional. Kindly forgive me if I got her name wrongly please, and another staff you pulled my blood is called Shirley, another professional staff with exceptional patient, i am not a friend of needle, but I don’t know how she managed to pulled my blood without me not feeling any pain of the needle on my hand. What an awesome staffs. From the front desk to the last staff at the Physical examination room in that day I visited Concentra were very amazing. God bless you all.2 months agoThis place is amazingly super clean. The service you receive is top notch. The employees are very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The Dr’s are amazing as well. The therapist help and understand the treatments that best fit your injury your dealing with. I would refer this place to anyone that needs to see a Dr or to have physical therapy. 5 out of 5 stars. Great place.a month agoSlow as hell. Bunch of staff. But super slow. I was there 3 hr other day. Just for them to take my money and 145 to be exact For dot physical. Old guy had the my information on computer cause he pulled it up. But asked me everything that he should have known. Now stuck without dot medical card with no answers on what to do next. The old guy is useless. Couldn’t even give me any direction. He told me to sit in lobby never showed back up. Young lady behind counter to help me out the rest of the way. Definitely feel like I was robbed 145. Definitely noticed tho the last few times Coming to concenta hasn’t been pleasant. But won’t let them get me again. Let them sit wit this bad review.4 weeks agoThese guys were great. I made an appointment got there a little early to do some paperwork they got me in really fast only 5-10 mins wait. They were completely full of patients but the staff was well organized and handled everyone professionally. My whole appt took less than 45min from start to finish. These guys were awesome.a month agoWent there a little after 3p. The medical assistant that I had was poor manner. She mention why they had check me in for this appointment when they are shorted staff and Fed ex collects specimens to the lab at 330p. Then she neglects to verify my name and D O B. She didn’t label the specimen and verify to prevent medical errors.I did not feel safe with that medical assistant.

3 months agoI arrived here for my scheduled appointment at 12:45 for a simple check up. They brought me to the exam room right away since the clinic was empty, and told me the doctor will be in shortly. 1h30mn passed and i was still sitting in the exam room waiting, confused as to why the clinic is empty but still is taking the doctor 1h to see me. I finally get tired of wasting my time so i go to the front desk and ask them for an update. And they look at me say “ we don’t have a doctor on site” Not only nobody had the decency to tell me that there was no medical provider there to see me, or at least let me know if i would like to wait. my appointment was scheduled, they should’ve been found a doctor by then. Absolutely waste of time, there’s only Medical Assistant in this clinic. You’re better off going to AFC urgent care.5 months agoThey billed the wrong insurance company when I got a covid test 3 years ago and just tried to come after me with the bill and pay $600 out of pocket. Gave me a hard time when I told them to take it up with the insurance company I used back then. Their billing office also doesn’t answer the phone. You need to leave a message and they’ll call you back despite it being a business day at 1pm. If you miss their call too bad. Luckily that gave me the opportunity to get everything in writing via email.5 months agoI went to docs Medical in Monroe. I saw Dr. Marshall. I told him that I have a pre-existing lung disease. And that I have been diagnosed week before with an upper respiratory infection, I told him I felt like I was having a really hard time breathing but the numbers on my pulse ox meter it didn’t look too bad. He tapped me in the head and told me it was all in my head. He was training two other doctors at the time and I can’t believe they didn’t say anything.Three days later I was hospitalized for double pneumonia and sepsis. I was hospitalized for a week and then had to have Home Care for another two weeks for IV antibiotics, I have repeatedly for months going back-and-forth with Docs complaining about this and saying I shouldn’t be charged for being humiliated and insulted. They continue to build me and have since sent my bill to collection. Whenever I call to complain, I get rerouted to all different offices and never get any help. I finally paid my bill and pennies this place is ridiculous. I wouldn’t use it.
2 months agoThis place was amazing extremely clean the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and no real wait time all around great experience7 months agoArrived on 2/8/23 for a scheduled primary care appointment for an annual physical, but was turned away as there was no physician present. We asked if there was a PA or NP that could do it instead and was informed they were only MAs on site. We then asked what they do for people who walk in for urgent care and the receptionist stated that she can’t answer that question. I don’t think they have licenced professionals here- if you have to go here, I would ask that question before getting looked at.
