  Today, I visited Baptist Health in Davie and was impressed by their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk and the welcoming guard provided detailed instructions on how to download the App and complete the required information. The nurse who took me inside was kind and patient. The doctor promptly provided me with my results and all the necessary information I needed. I was impressed by the excellent service throughout my visit. Additionally, I was delighted to learn that I could obtain my medicine right there, eliminating the need to visit a pharmacy. Thank you Baptist Health Davie team for providing such a great service.

  I bragged about every person I’d dealt with when I left your facility. Every single person from the woman at the lobby desk to the kind, patient doctor to last lady helping me at the med kiosk – all were awesome.

  I recommend that you keep the person who is doing the hiring. And, if I could rate 10 stars, I would.

  Thank you all for taking care of me and helping me with long tern headaches. The staff were wonderful, caring and patient. The doctor listened to my complaints of my untreated headaches that I had for two months. He knew I was in pain and gave me the meds to treat it. The steroids will probably due the job. All other emergency services would send me home untreated. I have a lot of allergies even my primary did not treat me. Great doctor and staffs.

  I just love this urgent care, I drive a few miles to this facility, because they are such a great team that care about your health, they are so knowledgeable. I really trust them. I always recommend them to my friends and family, even if they have to drive a few more miles, it is worth it, when it comes to your health.

  I came into Urgent Care due to a problem with my ankle, therefore, I could barely walk. The staff helped me too take care of all my paperwork and get me in the back speedily. The customer service and friendliness made me feel better overall and then the ability to have the on-site medication was a plus.

  Very efficient and kind. I was seen and discharged in just over an hour without an appointment. The facility is also immaculate. I was even able to get my prescriptions right there from an Rx vending machine. Additionally, they have an on site pharmacy. Highly recommend.

  I have been to Baptist Health on a number of occasions since the Plantation location opened. Every experience has been phenomenal! The staff is so friendly, it’s impeccably clean and most of all, I get a fast diagnosis so I can move forward with getting better. What a relief it is when you wake up and don’t feel well, particularly on a weekend and would never be able to get in with your primary care to have somewhere reliable to go and also not sit in a waiting room for long. BH takes a lot of stress out of the equation! Thank you so much to the Baptist health staff for being here and doing all that you do!

  I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at Baptist Urgent Care. I literally walked in at 9:56pm and they took such great care of me when I desperately need them. The facility was very clean, professional and easy to get to. Had the worst night but thanks to them I was able to go home knowing I’d received the best care possible. If you’re ever in need of an urgent clinic this is the place to go without a doubt.

  The best urgent care I have ever been!✨ They really take care of you, they know what they are doing. Absolutely amazing team! George was so gentle with injection and the blood test.   I haven’t even left the business yet and they have more than earned my 5 star review. I have never been treated like this before at a medical facility. They have treated me like family since I walked in. I’m very sick with the flu and they are extremely thorough with the treatment plan. The only thing they haven’t done is cooked me a meal! They are beyond wonderful and understanding of my misery and are focused on getting me back on my feet. Truly brought a tear to my eye! They are the best!

  The receptionist was very polite and attentive. The nurse that dealt with me was patient and explained everything she was doing to me. I bruise easily and normally after drawing blood the area would become dark and stay that way for a long time, that didn’t happen to me even after two failed attempts. Dr came in worked his magic same thing no bruising after. I’d highly recommend Urgent Med Davie??

  Staff was very polite and physician was thorough in explanation of his recommendations. Facility could use an update in regard to furnishings and equipment. Brief wait time.

  Went back for an unexpected acute problem and really was happy with the service. It was late Friday and the PA was very helpful with her suggestions and took the time to answer all my questions despite it was after closing. Nice receptionist too.
