in the last weekA Medical Assistant from the San Ramon clinic made an appointment for me in the Berkeley clinic and took my intake info over the phone, which was very helpful. The Berkeley office clean and nicely decorated; the MAs did my vitals and were very friendly, professional and helpful; I was seen right away—no wait. The primary care provider, a Physician’s Assistant, was thorough in her exam, attentive, listened well, caring, explained treatment, ordered prescriptions, made a follow up appointment to come back and check on condition. She was terrific. Excellent staff and care! Definitely five stars!in the last weekIt was nice that it was not crowded, and the staff was friendly. The physician’s assistant was very competent. But a prescription that I got at 11AM was not called into the pharmacy until I had called urgent care several times to figure out what was going on. It was not called in until after 4PM. It was a very frustrating process trying to get my prescription filled that day.a month agoI want record 4 1/2 stars. Everything was top notch and very professional and user friendly. Love how informative she is and made me feel hella comfortable about my situation. Thank you guys will be coming back! Wish I could have my regular doctor visits here!5 months agoMaking an appointment was easy, but the employees were late coming back from lunch and rude when I was finally let into the facility. Once in the treatment room, they were kind and efficient. Urgent follow-up questions about my care after the visit were next to impossible to get answered (they don’t answer their telephone). I was never given any documentation with my provider’s name, so when questioned at follow-up tests with other facilities, I had no answer. Test results were withheld to require a follow-up visit which was not useful. Overall a negative experience which I don’t hope to repeat. I will be choosing another urgent care facility in the future.

a month agoWas more than pleasantly surprised with Carbon Health Berkeley. Made an appointment same day and was seen with no rigamarole or wait. Staff were efficient, thorough, and pleasant, and the service was top-notch. Received my labs via a text link, and the entire visit had been captured on their web portal so that I have full reference to it when I see my regular GP and can fill him in.It’s what I think most people would imagine a 21st-century doctor’s visit should be like.
a month agoStaff is kind, compassionate and helpful. Great experience when you are sick. This is my second visit in 3 months (I don’t live here) and I was seen by Tyson, who is great. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!4 months agoI accompanied my 20 year old son, who suffers from Social Anxiety Disorder and Severe Anxiety to his appointment. This was our first time visiting this facility. It was very peaceful and serene in there and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone should have the same professional, top-notch, and kind care we receive at this practice when seeking treatment. We are beyond impressed and grateful.a week agoI am a member of SutterSelect and the care I received at the urgent care at Milvia was better than many experiences at actual doctor’s offices. It was quick considering the waiting room, the staff was inviting and friendly, and my service was quick and informative.3 weeks agoI walked in yesterday for a bad middle ear infection and was seen in less than 15 minutes. The RN was excellent, fast and friendly. Dr. Jasmine Lee is a treasure and super knowledgeable. Plus… She did the one thing that many people don’t: she listened to me first. I recommend Sutter Urgent care in Berkeley. My ear is already feeling much better compared with how I felt yesterday.a month agoThe check in was easy, and the wait was about 30 minutes. The Dr. and Nurse team that removed a foreign object from my ear kept me informed and the removal was painless.Besides, I now know where to go if I have a future Urgent Care need!
3 weeks agoThis was the best experience of the many that I have had at this location. There were enough intake people (3), I was seen within 5 minutes. Had a throat swabbing, and a nasal swabbing. The staff were efficient and thorough , I was out in 30 minutes! Great work.
