a week agoI like the check in system they have here so there is no waiting. Check in using the app and you get a text when you need to be there. Stylist are always attentive and do a good job. It’s a little pricey, especially if you get the MVP.a month agoI am been taking all 4 if my grandsons here for the haircuts for years. The always get the same cut for the same price. ($25) Today… Without ask for anything different, I was charged $25 plus $10 design fee. I will never go back.3 weeks agoLove the convenience of getting an appointment the same day at a time I prefer. Have had great haircuts here in Lees Summit, and Mesa, Arizona each winter.5 months agoJenna and Tori were excellent. I went with my 6 year old son. Haircuts were skillfully done and they were kind to converse with him at his level. Will be back.2 months agoWaited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be skipped over and watch 2 people go on break and another clock out. Never going back. They have ZERO management skills. Haircuts are also worthless.

a month agoThis location did an excellent job on my son, and a good enough job on me (mine is long and curly, they did just as good of a job as anywhere else I’ve ever gone), and it was A WHOLE lot cheaper (like $30 for both of us) than the same haircut I normally get for $150 so…I’ll go back. They don’t wash your hair, though. That was weird. And they don’t dry it either. Just an fyi.a month agoThis is my go-to place when I need my haircut. I have been getting my haircut there for the past 5 years. Emily always cuts my hair and I have always been very pleased. She does a great job and I will continue to return as long as she works there. 2 months agoI decided to stop getting cheap cuts at Great Clips and instead find an actual stylist near me. I had been here a couple times with my mom so I decided to give one the Master Stylists a try. I had never done much with my hair before and was nervous to do much to it because of bad cuts before but Cassidy was awesome! The cost time I visited we did a basic trim, the next time I decided to be a bit more adventurous and try a kind of curtain bang. I showed her a few images of what I liked, we discussed what would be best for my hair type and level of effort I wanted to put in daily (I’m pretty low maintenance), and got to work. She was great about listening to what I wanted and I loved the cut! I actually enjoy pulling my hair back into pony tails and claw clips now! With progressive visits she’s remembered what we’ve done and when I’ve wanted to change anything she was happy to offer her expertise and oblige. She’s very kind, funny, and easy to talk to. I like that I have a stylist now that listens to what I want and helped me find a new simple style. ?2 weeks agoBeauty Brands, you can do better. New to area so I decided to make appointment in person for a cut, color, & pedicure. The manager was the one that actually made my appointments. So looking forward to a “self-care” day. I received two confirmation phone calls plus a discount email. I’m in the system. Two days later, I arrive for my much needed appointment & was told “No Appointment”. Really, the explanation is given to me by someone at the counter. I was asked if I could reschedule & I said I have plans with family on Saturday. Ok, let me check with the manager. Upon her return I’m told we have worked you in for 11:15 Saturday. No thanks! Please remove my information from your system. Very disappointed. Zero Stars!4 months agoWent to Courtney yesterday and was referred by a family member. We texted back and forth deciding what I want. She said she could add blonde to my hair to match the picture. I went in and she spent 3 1/2 hours on highlights on my hair. She was running 20 minutes behind with her client that was after me, she rushed me once the next client came. She cut my hair and then said “let me grab your ticket” and didn’t straighten it or curl it, wasn’t completely dry either. She didn’t show me the back of my hair either. When I put my hair upfront to check the haircut the left side was longer than the right and I had to asked her to recut it and fix it. She fixed it then gave me my ticket and said go upfront to pay. She was not talkative unless I was talking to her. I am having a baby in a week and I wanted to treat myself to something nice to feel pretty before I have my baby and this did the opposite. The highlights don’t even go up to the top of my scalp and look like they’ve grown out and does not look like $180 worth of work. I have never been unsatisfied with a salon or getting my hair done in my entire life. I called the next day to talk to a manager and they refused to give me my money back for the highlight charge and we’re very rude. They weren’t wanting to make it right. Now my grandma who goes there twice a week will not be going there either because of what they did and how they treated me.3 weeks agoNicole knows exactly what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable. I was hoping to get some recommendations, but I was never acknowledged by an employee the entire 15-20 minutes I was in there.I asked my friend if that was typical and she actually had a very similar experience a few days earlier.
