She took my hair from teal to balayage in one visit. She is so caring and worth the wait!!6 months agoTook my little sister for a haircut, and the service was NASTY! Walked in saying hello, and got no response but an ugly blank stare from the PINK HAIRED GIRL ON COUNTER!!! The vibe and energy coming from her was not it. She called my name all aggressive and snappy when i failed to respond to her FIRST call. Told her CLEAR instructions on how my LITTLE sister (11) wanted her hair, since she couldn’t describe it exactly for herself, and she STILL managed to send her back with the complete opposite. Told my sister to “grab the mirror herself then” with a snappy attitude when she was showing her the haircut, because my little sister couldn’t see it properly. Still left her a 10% tip as a formality, but never again. Her hair cut was cut at the wrong length, CHOPPY, and just messy in general. Not at ALL like instructed!!! After i got a better look of her hair, and reading the recent reviews, i can agree that this PINK HAIRED GIRL was not it. Pretty face, but nasty attitude. TAKE YALL’S BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!6 months agoGirl with pink hair and guy with earrings just sat and complained about there boss for 10 minutes before the guy finally sat me down (I was the only person there). He was in also in a bad mood and was completely rude. It was uncomfortable having a grown man acting like a child, taking it out on my hair. Worst haircut experience of my life. I only wish I can give this place a 0 star, if you need a haircut stay away from this place you’ll have a better experience cutting it yourself with a blindfold.2 years agoHorrible experience, this place advertises fade outside, BEWARE FOLKS, my son and I came for some haircuts, I thought I would have to walk out bald but luckily I coached the kid on making necessary adjustments so I wouldn’t have to take all my hair off, the back of my sons head was all messed up and the guy cutting his hair kept making excuses saying that my sons hair was too thin, I’ve never had issues in real barber shops before, called back to speak the manager Ruby and I could hear in your voice that she was bothered I was complaining hah, I requested my money back and she said no, she wanted to fix my sons hair, if it had just been one of us that they managed to mess up on I would’ve taken the offer but both of us, I simply wanted the refund from my sons hair and she chose to get upset and deny the refund a second time, thus, leading to this review, barbers lack experience and manager has no sense of customer satisfaction, I got home and was about to fix my sons hair myself, maybe I should open and shop next door to them… again folks BEWARE don’t waste your money or time here!a year agoI really enjoyed my experience getting a haircut. I come here roughly once a month as my hair style is very simple to maintain at home before its too long. The staff are always friendly and open to talk to or stay quiet depending on your social needs. The hair cuts always come out great and i never have worries. I had a stylist named Mario who helped me with my beard questions as its my first time growing one. He gave plenty of advice. A very great experience and one I don’t mind going time and time again.

My boys love getting there hair done at alfa3 weeks agoNeeded a haircut while I was traveling for work, they welcome walk ins and got me in and out promptly. The overall experience was fantastic and the barbers are top notch.6 months agoNormally, this place is pretty good I’ve been there 3 times prior, but I had a new barber cut my hair and beard, he cut my face and left over 7 other cuts all over my neck and hair line. I had to even remind him to cut certain parts of my beard since he was talking most of the time instead of cutting my hair and it took over an hour for a fade and beard trim because of the lack of attention to details. Super disappointed I won’t be going back to a place that allows anyone to work there.7 months agoWhen a fraud barber walks on you in the middle of a cut it explains a lot!! Dirtiest barber shop that I’ve ever been to! Don’t waste ur time and money!The barber told me my cut was free because he didn’t know what he was doing!
