  First thing I liked is that they were the only shop open at 7am on a Saturday! I called and was able to walk in. I waited about 10 minutes and Cash took care of my beard maintenance. He was professional, asked questions to ensure I got the look I wanted and the outcome was great! Thanks and I’ll be back!

  The ppl in the front can be rude if you are a mother with her son. They will ignore you even after letting them know that your son needs a haircut. However, Jay in the back is awesome.

  It’s a nice small shop with friendly staff. The merchandise is also nice. Now let me get to the point. I went in there as a first time customer, enthusiastic. I even brought the pomade I personally use so that the hairdresser could use it on my hair, many do actually use some kind of product to style the hair. I mention that because she had ME style my own hair. I showed her the haircut I wanted, two different pictures each with a different angle. Neither one of us was aware that her skills and abilities were not going to be enough to accomplish said haircut. I believe she misread the pictures and thus went down the incorrect path of how she cut my hair. I had plenty of hair to work with to make the haircut possible having grown it out for over a year. The haircut I showed indicated (at least to me) longer lengths of hair slicked back. She interpreted it as a “short” haircut. You win some, you lose some. Today I lost. It’s just hair and it will grow back but I do not wish to return for any further haircuts. I am however willing to meet with the manager if they would like to discuss what happened solely for the purpose of ensuring this exact situation doesn’t happen again.

  Truly the best barber shop I have ever been to. As a woman, it is very important to feel comfortable with an atmosphere that is conducive to all people and hair types. Of course I am committed to one barber/stylist but I have seen the work of every man and woman at this shop and this team is some of the most professional and talented artists I’ve seen. They are great with men, women, and children. As long as I’m in this area, I will go and recommend this shop to anyone. 10 out of 10…highly recommend.

  Never again… I hate to be critical of the barber I used as she was very nice, but my cut was the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever received. I sat down with a full head of hair, and left with hardly any. I paid $40 for a cut I could have received on base for $12.00. What’s more, after receiving this ghastly cut, the shop booked me for 12 months of appointments. Even though I stated I didn’t want to do that. I can only assume this was done with hope that I would forget about appointments and be charged as a no show.

  The 5 Stars in my rating and the name of the barbershop says it all!! I started taking my two boys to 5 Star last year when they got tired of getting their hair cut by mom and dad. While we normally did walk-in’s and all the barbers and stylist are talented; we always book our appointments with Vee! She knows exactly style my boys want and she takes her time to give them the total experience. The shop is highly diverse and all are welcome. Highly recommend giving them for your next cut!!
