2 months agoI Had a great experience when I was there. These people really know what there doing. They really make you feel at ease. They did a great job cutting my hair. I loved the final result of my hair cut. I would definitely go back!2 months agoThis place is a hit or miss. Sometimes outstanding, sometimes very questionable.If you reserve online, the wait time is a real joke and is never accurate. Sometimes it says 30 minute wait and you go right away, sometimes it says 65 minutes and you wait an extra 30 minutes.
Sometimes you get amazing and outstanding staff, sometimes you wonder how they were hired in this industry.
I would not recommend selecting the next available person and just hope for the best.

She has cut my hair multiple times at multiple sport Clips locations. She has such a bubbly personality and gives an excellent haircut and an even better scalp massage. Keep up the good work.3 months agoI use to take my boys here all the time in the past. Returned today and was charged $14 for a “design” which was a line on either side of my son’s head when their whole cut was $20 that’s a bit ridiculous.

2 months agoI asked for a sunkissed balayage and this is what I got…I am embarrassed. if she couldn’t deliver what I was asking for, she should have said no and saved us both time and my $100… Also, if you know that your equipment doesn’t work properly…you shouldn’t take on a client who will require a wash as part of their service. She took me to the bowl to wash and the water was scalding, so then she took me to the other sink where I was “rained on” by a ceiling leak the entire time… She said the leak has been there for two years and was well aware. She also knew the other sink was scalding hot. I wish I would have been informed prior to her putting the bleach in my hair. I had no choice but to be dripped on in order for her to get it out. I went in and was offered a 1/2 refund for the service so I can use this money to go get it fixed elsewhere. The manager Wendy was pleasant and understanding. I am happy with my cut, but definitely do not suggest a color service.4 months agoi got my haircut and it’s not even! she didn’t hold my hair when she cut it and she definitely didn’t seem to care much as to if it matched. she also didn’t verify with me that the length was good until she started cutting. she also didn’t tell me to look down to make sure it was even which is where the problem is. she barely lifted my hair off of my body and her fix to a part being a bit longer was just quickly snipping it while not caring how many layers it createdshe did however do i really good job on my eyebrow wax even though she didn’t ask if i wanted it thin or just to clean it up.
2 weeks agoMade an online appointment for 2 PM. Showed up 10 minutes ahead and was told I would have to sign in after the seven people in line and it would be way past my 2 PM appointment time. What good is the appointment?? I went down the road, way better options within 5 minutes.This place is ran horribly!!!
4 months agoHadn’t been here in years but since my regular stylist retired I decided to give them another go. Great experience and wonderful cut. No complaints here. Had me in and out in no time.2 months agoI walked in and asked for a mullet cut. No waiting; Wendy sat me in her chair and quickly went to work. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Walking out, I checked my stats and discovered that my strength had increased by 2. For no extra charge, I got the Power-Mullet. Highly recommendo this Supercuts. Now I’m ready for summer.

2 weeks agoI usually don’t really care to leave reviews but I absolutely loved Lawanda. She was very sweet, understanding, and informative! Love my trim and definitely going back ?2 months agoHorrible customer service. The stylist called me for my haircut. And after I asked her to check a note on my account that describes how I like my haircut, she told me to go wait in the waiting room, which I did. Then, after a couple minutes, another stylist called me to cut my hair, so I asked her what seems to me the problem then the first stylist told me “I prefer she cuts your hair because your being difficult and sassy”. When I told her that she called me difficult and sassy because I asked her to check a note, she started arguing more. I cut it short and left the place without a haircut because I don’t want to cause a scene; the other stylists were watching without saying a word. Very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I wish I can give 0 star.3 months agoGreta service, friendly and very welcoming staff! My dad and I were in and out. The person who cut my hair asked me what I wanted, paid close attention to what I had to say, and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted.a month agoVery cheap and fast! It was around 20 dollars.
