2 weeks agoMy wife and I made arrangements on Fridday for an early reservation Saturday. We showed up as requested and were in and out in about 15 minutes, no delays at all. Our initial results came to our phones about 15 minutes after the test and our second results will arrive between 3 am and 11am tomorrow morning. Very easy insructions, very friendly people, excellent service.a week agoPlace was hard to find. Its hard to spot the address and the text didnt include the suite. There are 2 large complexes with many suites next to each other. Inside of place was dirty, floor needs vaccuum. Worker was nice and professionala month agoAbsolutely the best in and out easy organized Covid test I have ever had! Very professional and kind too! Thank you for not taking up so much time. Customer service is pleasant and to the point…not to mention they answer very fast. ????in the last weekwhile Brittany was great, she needs better support like an outdoor pop-up and table rather than working out of the trunk of her car in 90°+ sun!

4 weeks agoEverybody treated me with respect and they were fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor answered all my questions and was very informative. Recommend this Urgent Care facility2 months agoI was there today for a doctor visit. The receptionist was very nice and sweet all the young ladies there were very nice and helpful and my doctor was fabulous. Her name was Victoria shook she took her time, explaining everything in detail what was wrong and made me feel very comfortable. I totally recommend coming back here again.2 months agoThey are listed on my insurance as the only urgent care I can go to, yet they said they don’t take my insurance even though I was seen here two weeks ago and have the same insurance. Lady at the front desk did not know what she was doing. I’ve been here five times. With the same insurance. I insisted to let her know I’ve been at this location five times in the past two months she didn’t care to check again.2 months agoGreat experience! Both me and my daughter had strep throat and they were able to see us quickly and send over prescriptions for us. Excellent experience!4 months agoYes..agreed with nurse practitioners and staff gossing chit chat.. the nurse practitioner take less than 5 minutes to exam and conclude the sickness, then went out of the exam room, chit chat and on the phone with staff/nurse, showing pictures on the phone.

3 months agoAfter a tough morning dealing with insurance and doctors offices & trying to find an urgent care for my daughter, it was such a relief to come across such kind ladies at the front desk, my anxiety began to subside as they engaged in conversation and we genuinely nice. The PA was also patient, listened and was kind. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good customer service experience. I hope they know they made mine and my daughters day so much better than I was before we went in.3 months agoStellar customer service, attentive staff and in depth checkups for my son. Third time here in a walk in fashion bc medical/altamed can’t serve same day needs, and always wish they can be my primary.
