a month agoThe staff were very friendly, nice, and welcoming. The process was a breeze. I made an appointment online and filled out paperwork ahead of time. Once we arrived, we just let the staff at the front desk know the name of the patient and wait to be called. The wait wasn’t long before being called. The doctor diagnosed my child quickly and got us in and out. I wouldn’t say it was rushed, but it was a good speedy service. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here again in time of need.a week agoI love, love, love this urgent care facility. My daughter came in with concerns which started off as a video call eventually leading us into the building for testing. The receptionist was so great and kind. Only waited for a few mins while her check-in was processed. All the nurses & doctor were fab, too. As they predicted, results were available online within 24 hours. I’m so thankful to have found this place. We will be back next time we are in need of an urgent care visit. ? PS- her favorite movie, A Bugs Life, was playing in the waiting room! It’s the only show she pays attention to, what a great surprise ☺️a month agoWe made a trip to the urgentcare after the 1st week of prek. The process of booking the appointment was easy and the availability was great. The staff was kind and welcoming!!! My son gets a bit afraid of nurses and doctors but they made my son feel so comfortable that he was having conversations with them! I am beyond grateful for that because most days he is afraid he cries before he sees the doc. Definitely recommend!!!!

in the last weekThe team here was so good and exceptional in helping with my needs. Dr. Lu was awesome, the nurses Chris and Brad were phenomenal, and the receptionist Dalia was so sweet! My radiology tech Gustavo made me feel very comfortable during my CT. Everyone was awesome. They were super friendly and addressed my needs immediately. The nurse and doctor were just as friendly and helpful. I left feeling better physically because of how i was treated emotionally. I am from out of town and didn’t know where to take my son. I googled and looked at the reviews. I decided to go with them. I can say I am not disappointed with the treatment at all. Dr. Herman was super personal and explained everything in detailed to me. Alyssa at the front desk was welcoming as soon as we entered. Nicole N and Kelly V was wonderful with my son. Trisha B was very personable and enjoyed our conversation. Marcia was amazing as well. I appreciate all of them.6 months agoThe ONLY ER I will ever visit!! I mean EVER!! The staff at Signature ER are absolutely amazing. I came in with severe abdominal pain and I was greeted by my RN Brad, his bedside manner is impeccable and warm. He made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions and made sure I knew every step of my process. I had to receive a CAT scan by Dianna, she also made sure explain the process, as I was in severe pain, she ensured a seamless process. Dr. Kotey was prompt and swift in addressing my concerns and they all made sure to minimize the pain in order to receive treatment. I can’t say enough abt this place. I will never go to another major hospital when I can always come here to my local ER, 10 mins from my home with better than average care and where I’m treated like a top priority.a month agoFirst time at Signature ER. Went in there and I was treated super good, I was called to the back in no time. From my check in with Dalia to Bradford the Nurse, I felt good, and Bradford was a jokester which is what you need when you go to ER, Dr. Z asked me just the right questions. I got a CT which was normal and they all were just a wonderful team. I do recommend them.

Front office ask you to fill up zilliion details on the computer panel and waste your time too. I had asked for a itemized bill for a 5 min check they did which they charged me huge bill using my insurance . They never send me an itemized bill yet.
