  Greeted promptly. I was able to talk with a Dr very soon. I felt listened to. I received a lab test, had a prescription called into my pharmacy. I was very happy and comforted by my visit to your instacsre facility and. And their wonderful staff Thank you !

  I have been in twice this week… First doctor Johnson told me I had a viral lung infection and put me on steroids. 3 days later it wasn’t helping and the infection has clearly spread to my eye as it is leaking green gunk. I went in again on the advice of THEIR nurse who I called, and the second doctor Nelson told me he couldn’t see anything wrong and to go home and drink tea. Didn’t even look in my eye that is clearly infected. His tone was very gaslighty and he said this is probably the worse it’s going to get… but what does that mean? Because it isn’t getting better? I haven’t slept in a week, I’m coughing so hard I have to wear a diaper (thanks to being 8 months post child birth and pissing myself when I cough) 24/7, I’ve nearly gone through an entire bottle of NyQuil AND I have a baby at home I have to worry about spreading this to… What does it take to get decent care around here? It’s a weekend or I would see a real doctor, which the one I saw today was far short of if he thinks tea is going to cure obvious conjunctivitis.

  I ended up here last night due to a cyst around my tailbone, the front desk ladies were very quick and helpful and the check in process was a snap. I was helped by a nurse (Emily) and doctor Lindsey, they were incredible and even though my reason for going in was awful they really made it as good of an experience as it could have been. Emily really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before they drained my cyst and doctor Lindsey was great about talking me through what he was doing and making me feel better.

  Dr. Jared Jackman is amazing!! I was dealing with some severe pain and wasn’t sure why, and I’m so glad he was the one to help me out. Not only is he knowledgeable but he’s very kind & compassionate, which made a huge difference in my experience being in urgent care. Thank you Dr. Jackman!

  Service by the front check-in desk receptionist, examining room medical technician, and PA Johnson surpassed our expectations. My husband & I was traveling through the area when he needed some medical treatment after 8 PM. We went to the clinic located at the Utah Valley Hospital and observed how clean, spacious and organized it was. Our waiting time was short and discussion of treatment plan by a PA was very satisfying – every question was answered for us to understand. The clinic had our prescriptions ordered to the local pharmacy across the street. I give the clinic a 10 Star rating.

  Doctor Ryan Thurston is completely unprofessional. He has no regards for his patients. He wound up yelling at me because I arrived at 11:30 instead of 11:20 and refused to meet with me for longer than the two seconds he was there. He did not actually help me with my issue and violently yelled at me and was vulgar when saying that I would never be seen in this office again after I told him I would give him a low rating. He told the ladies at the front desk to tell me something was wrong with my insurance when in all reality everything was fine. So he lied to make more money to pay out of pocket. He also made it so I could not schedule an appointment with the weight loss clinic or anything surrounding Revere Health. I don’t know how the other doctors are as I will not have the opportunity of going back but I rate this clinic one star. No one should schedule with this doctor or anyone who lets this doctor work for them. He also locked me in the room and I had to ask to be let out.

  This is the most incompetent doctors office in the Provo Valley. I am writing a review after much patience and several visits. This latest visit was to specifically request lab work done, which they didn’t end up even ordering. I had to call and call just to speak with anyone. I am informed that I will have to come back to do the lab work again because they never ordered it. While doctors have many patients, to not have notes or anything to help recall a patient is inexcusable. The office is unprofessional, and no one there takes accountability. It is always someone else’s fault, or the patients who they condescend to deal with. If the people there had to actually earn their frequent vacation time, they would never qualify. Dr. Ryan, under Dr. Justin Jones, dismissed me entirely, and I have to pay for their inexcusable laziness and criminal lack of organization.

  Update: I left without seeing a provider. I waited for more than an hour and wasn’t seen. What a joke of an urgent care center. I do not recommend going here. I hope the manager sees this and does something about it.

  Original Review: I’m writing this while waiting in a freezing cold room to be seen. It has been over an hour since I checked in and I still haven’t seen a provider. The worse part is the staff didn’t inform me how long of a wait it would be and no one has kept me updated. This has been a miserable experience. I’m debating walking out before I even see the provider.

  My husband was seen here for a severe sore throat. The doctor wrote off his pain and wrote off what he was going through as allergies. They tried forcing one medication onto him and wouldn’t swap it despite our insurance not covering it. This ended in the result of 2 emergency room visits for his throat closing off completely and a scheduled emergency surgery for his tonsils needing to be removed for severe tonsillitis and an abscess in his throat. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS AND TRY TO SELL MEDICATION INSTEAD OF TREAT YOUR SYMPTOMS.

  Never used this place, but not for lack of trying. Only place still open until 10 so it seemed like a perfect fit. Apparently they think they should take FOUR DAYS OFF for the 4th of July. I can hear some of you saying “well that’s what emergency rooms are for.” And if that’s you, you must have a lot of cash hanging around or you forgot how expensive medical care is in the United States. Emergency room is not a viable option and I will have to take my chances and wait until morning with a more competent urgent care provider.

  The staff are very kind and helpful. The Dr. listened to everything I was saying. Took his time and was very thorough with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend Riverwoods Urgent Care if you want great care.

  Do not come here if like me you feel uncomfortable sharing your social security number. I was first told that they need it my as number so they could billed my health insurance. When I told the person at the front desk that I’ve been to plenty of doctor office and specialist and I ‘ve never had to disclose my social security number the person the me that I could either give her my social security number or I would have to do self pay. When I told her there are no laws that says that I have to give her that information she said that they were a private practice and that it is their procedure to ask for the social security number so that if the patient do not pay they can send the billing to collections. I’m mad to say the least I came to this urgent care looking for help for my daughter. It was the only place open at 9:30 at night so I felt like I had no other option if I didn’t want to go to the ER. The rest of the staff were super nice but I’m never coming back here if I can help it. Asking for Social Security number when is not necessary should be illegal.

  I went in to see the female doctor can’t remember her name. She didn’t really seem to care about the pain I was in. Front desk was nice. But they could really use better doctors who actually look into things and treat their patients with empathy. I felt bad for even going and asking for help.

  First and foremost, I would rate these folks a 10 plus if it was an option, so I’ll try to some it up in a few words, I would highly recommend your urgent care needs be placed in there hands any time. I really enjoyed my visit and the care I received was excellent…hands down ?
