  The overall experience was Awesome.The young Lady Nea Nelson took great care of me, she explained everything in great details. She made it very comfortable for the test I was taking. So pleasant! They have good employee in her!! She rocks!!!

  The front desk staff was very polite and friendly. The location was clean. Although there are scheduled appointments it is “first come first serve” so be on time (early) and be prepared to wait. I was kept informed and taken back as soon as they could. The technician was efficient but not real engaging. Not a deal breaker for me.

  Unfortunately, the Doctor Anna T., Prescribed me Pain Relaxers and stated it will not interfere with my other Medications taken already, which was False. I had continuous Nightmares and Conversations in and out of them. The Staff in the Front were not Friendly. I wouldn’t say all of them but one in Particular. I was talking to a Receptionist or Front Desk Individual while the other was on the Phone with another Patient. While talking to one; the other whom was on the Phone intercepted and repeated the same thing the Receptionist I was dealing with while being on the Phone. What about the HIPPA Law? I was definitely Violated and felt some type of way but held my Composure. That was very disrespectful. As a Patient, I have the right to my Privacy and what I Request; required by Law. I would like to add; since this Review being on Worker’s Comp, they have switched my Doctors due to my Response. My Doctors have switched and covered up with the Prescription giving to me. The New Doctor tried to say it was Interactions but yet they have not did their Research when it comes to my Current Medication and I’m sure it has happened to others Individuals as well. Doctors are supposed to be Professionals and do their Job correctly when it comes to our Health. They are there to Protect the Company’s and not us as Patients.

  I recently went on August 31st, 2023 and as I Requested for some Restrictions to be Updated; the Doctor was Debating about my Restrictions/Injury. I turned out to be Right as he stated they are “Trained” do to that Portion. This is the Second Time I had Dr. Robert Smith and a Disagreement about my Health/Injury especially when it comes to my Job. I no longer want to Deal with Dr. Robert Smith at Concentra going forth. I should not have to go back and forth with a Doctor on a simple Request that is Common Sense. I have the Right to ask any Questions as he made me feel that I couldn’t. A Medical Receptionist at my current PCP used to Work with him and said the same thing except that I will have to get used to him. I shouldn’t have to get used to anyone as he Works for the Public; I don’t Work with nor for him. His Attitude to help Patients literally is horrible.

  Was there for drug screening. All took less than 30 min even though lots of people on site. Receptionist and test tech were very professional and respectful. Was easy and pleasant experience!

  9/5/2023 I went to the St. Andrews location and love the experience I had. My son was so nervous for his visit there. They put us at ease with their kindness and compassion. The moment we stepped in to the office with the front desk, all the way through the nurses to the doctor himself. Thank you!

  The front desk, nurse, and doctor were very kind and professional. The doctor took his time in checking me over and talking with me. He diagnosed my illness and explained the medications thoroughly. The doctor and nurse were both very caring with taking care of me. He told me some home remedies to help with my cough as well as the medications. The nurse brought me a bottle of water after hearing me coughing constantly while waiting in the room.   Dr. Swami and his staff @ Seven Oaks ate the best. The receptionist and Nurses are always so polite and professional. No one loves going to the doctor, but after my visits I always feel better!!

  Dr Swami is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and cares about his patients. He takes time to isten to any problems or concerns I may have about my health and any situations I have that may be affecting my health. I am blessed to have Dr Swami as my physician.

  My visit was on Tuesday, May 30th at 715ish PM. It was just for a preemployment drug screening, but everyone – ESPECIALLY the lady at the front desk – was so polite and friendly! Truly my best experience EVER at a Doctors Care!!! Keep doing what you’re doing at this location, because it’s ON POINT!

  Took my son there today because my son’s normal pediatrician was not open yet; however, this was a bad decision. First they tried to overcharge me even though we met our deductible. I attempted to show the receptionist my insurance to support what I was saying, however she brushed me off, and said don’t worry about it, as if I was lying. I had no problem paying if the infomation was correct. Secondly when we finally made it to the back the nurse practitioner was very dismissive of my son’s symptoms(sore throat, chills, cough, and headache. The entire exam took 90 seconds at best. Her diagnosis was a “wicked cold” like her mother just experienced a week ago she stated. I asker her is that i? Is there nothing you can prescribe medically to help provide relief? She said its viral and there is nothing more to do. I took my son and left. Thank God I did not listen to her I was able to get an appointment with our normal pediatrician once they opened. His pediatrician drew blood work and tested for strep. My son had a severe bacteria infection that was detected by his pediatrician and NOT the practitioner at Doctor’s Care. He was given Cefdinir antibiotics to fight the bacteria infection and Bromphen PSE for the cough by his pediatrician. I will NEVER utilize these individuals again at Doctor’s Care. I do not wish to leave any stars but I must in order to post this to warn others who may go undiagnosed. The one star that I will select is for the technician who took his vitals, she was nice and competent. Everyone else at this location needs to be re-evaluated.
