  I took my mom to the ER Tuesday evening for back and hip pain and after 5 hours she was admitted after tests show she had a fracture. She was taken in for an MRI after I left. Today she got released and her shoes that she had on when I left, are now MIA! She had dementia so cannot remember when she took her shoes off. ER says nope not in lost and found, MRI says nope not here. Surgical floor says she came up without shoes. I’m deducting the price of a new pair from her bill! On the Plus Side: RN Gus, was very attentive, kind and communitive. I appreciate all the care he gave to my mom while she was there. May you be blessed everyday, Gus O! We appreciate YOU!   My husband got prostate surgery here and all doctors, nurses and staff have been extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and professional. And he says “I could not be happier with the treatment that I have received at Billings Clinic Hospital”. On my behalf I would like to point the professionalism of two nurses Lisa and Vivian.   Teresa in the post below hit the nail on the head. Same problem with my mom. They sent her to different hospital, my mom never came home. My parents were patients of this hospital and clinic. Why does this hospital not call you back when you’ve requested a nurse to call you back over a loved one? I understand that they are busy, but when you have a loved one, such as parents… and I live out of state, when you need to know whats going on with your parents and you are POA we deserve a call back. The lack of care for patient and loved ones is concerning and I feel I’d still have my mom if she’d gotten better care. When you say you will call back, CALL BACK! My dad was in the ER and everyone’s too busy to talk, and you get the nurse will call you back. Nope, never got a call back. Horrible service!

  Worst clinic ever!!! Dr’s n nurses are leaving there in droves!! It’s only a $ game to them,they were so beyond horrible to my mother!! I could go on forever about horror stories that I’ve heard about them. Run do not walk! In my opinion

  Had a procedure with Dr Michael C. Fischer and staff at Billings Clinic.. everyone from the check in to the nursing staff and Bob the anesthesiologist were great.. I was taken care of with grace and on time.. Thanks to you guys I will recommend!!

  Very nice staff. The nurses and Drs are really wonderful. I was in the process of giving birth to a large kidney stone and the nurses were so incredible, bringing me cold wash clothes and trying to keep me as comfortable as possible.

  I was seen very quickly and well cared for.

  You want to be treated with utter contempt and suspicion for asking for help with a mistake on your prescription, then come here and ask for Nurse Practioner Kevin. A mistake on the dosage called in by your doctor results in you being without critical medication for the weekend, and as patient what do you do? The pharmacist recommended calling the on call service, who informs you that they can do nothing because they don’t know you and can’t see you. You go to the walk in clinic associated with your provider and this Nurse Practioner practically looks me up and down, and asks what he is suppose to do abound my situation. Fix the mistake. It’s not rocket science. Of course Nurse Practioner Kevin can’t bring himself to do anything to help the situation, so instead, takes it upon himself to add to the overall frustration already being experienced, by being condescending and contrary. His insinuations are not appreciated, appropriate, or professional in the least. Men like this have no business being in the medical field. I’ve had similar experiences with other Nurse Practioners and Physician Assistants, and I can only surmise that their attitude most likely stems from some type of inferiority complex, over not being actual “doctors.” Still, they should never take their own personal shortcomings out on the unsuspecting patients who are under the care of actual MDs, when they are simply asking for help. If you happen to require the services of the walk in clinic, and have the misfortune to be assigned Kevin, Nurse Practioner, I recommend leaving immediately, and seeking treatment elsewhere. He will only make your situation worse, since he’s not qualified to help, and no one deserves to be subjected to his type of unprofessional treatment while in the midst of an urgent medical issue.

  I love the fast service here. The doctors have been very kind to me. However….the two young women behind the desk….reminder you’re at work. The conversations you’re having can be heard loud and clear in the waiting room. ?

  Brought my daughter to the Heights clinic at 6:15 when they close at 7, watched them lock the door while we were parking, couldn’t get in, called the desk, and she told me that they closed early because they only had one doctor and he had paperwork to do. We then came to this clinic, where they close at 7:30 and were told the same thing and turned away again! Staff who make these decisions need to reconsider their career path. People’s suffering matters.

  We were visiting from out of town. I had broken out in a rash/hives. We went to the ER first which was busy. The staff told us to go to this clinic. We arrived at 6:30pm. Clinic closes at 7pm. Doors were locked. We knocked, a nurse opened the door and said “we are closed, we have reached our quota for the day go to the ER.” Refused to let me be seen even tho it was within business hours. They refused to give medical attention to a patient in need during hours. Had to go back to ER. All the staff there were appalled and said I should file a complaint, which I am considering. This was on July 19th.

  I recently visited SCL Medical Group Urgent Care for a minor illness, and I was very impressed with my experience. My physician assistant, Thomas, was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He listened to my concerns carefully and took the time to explain every part of the process. I felt like he was truly invested in my care and wanted to get me better as quickly as possible.

  One thing that I really appreciated about Thomas was his willingness to answer all of my questions. I’m not a medical professional, so I didn’t always understand everything he was saying, but he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. He also made sure that I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan.

  If I were a resident of Billings, MT, I would definitely use Thomas for my primary care physician. He is a kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate healthcare professional who truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

  Do not come here it is a waste of time and money. I’ve come here when I am sick multiple times because it’s close to my house, and every time I end up having to go somewhere else to get care because they don’t feel like doing their job. Went here and was told what I had was probably viral and sent home with no treatment at all when my spouse just had a bacterial illness that antibiotics cleared up and I told them that. Went to another doctor’s office and got antibiotics and steroids to help with swelling and felt 10x better the next day. This isn’t the first time, won’t make the mistake of coming here again.

  I usually go to the Billings clinic, but if you really need fast, excellent, and thorough health care in a jiffy, these are the people to go to. The nurses and doctors are excellent in both bedside manners and attention to their patients. They treat you like a friend not like a case. Not to mention they are great with kids. Easily a five star in my book.

  I really appreciate how thorough, friendly, and genuinely kind they were. We had to wait for some test results to come back and they continually checked in with us to see how we were doing while waiting. That was awesome. I felt they were very capable as well.
