  I can’t thank the admin and medical staff at AUC enough. They made what was one of the most difficult situations we’ve ever experienced as loving, calm, and comforting as it could be. We had a 3 month old puppy who ended up having a congenital heart defect and we had to euthanize- the doctors here were so kind and caring with us through this. Idk if and when we will try adopting another dog but this will always be the place I recommend for emergencies. Thank you so much Deb, Dr.’s Turner, Eater, and Harris, and everyone else who loved on and cared for Harvey while he was with you.

  I am always impressed by the care of the team at AUC. I have been a few times due to unexpected circumstances with pets, and each time, I feel like the staff has deep care and compassion for myself and my pets. Even for the smallest things, the staff made my concern their priority. The long wait is certainly worth it knowing my pets are in good hands with this team.

  There is a reason this team has so many 5-star reviews! We took our white shiba in with an urgent concern with his eye and they were extremely helpful. Offered great advice that put my mind at ease, and had wonderful pet-bed-side manner–which pet parents know is paramount. Sorry again that my pup had an accident on the floor! But they were super cool about it. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

  Arvada Urgent Care have been amazing, working with us to nurse our dog back to health after one of their vets had to preform urgent stomach surgery on him. They have been kind, compassionate, understanding and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you!

  I had been sick for 3 weeks and started to feel better.. then one day I felt like garage again.. after my husband talked me into going back to urgent care (after no sleep for 5 days – stupid cough) I drove to this urgent care because they have an on site x-ray. The PA was freaking awesome. Short and to the point, but thorough, and immediately got me a breathing treatment to help with my cough. We did an X-ray, and I was sent home with a 10 day course of abx and steroids. I feel 1000 times better.. thanks to the steroids bringing down my inflammation, which is why I was coughing in the first place. It was a great visit and as a nurse. I would highly recommend it. Also..the x-ray tech was super nice too! Great bes side manner.

  I thought I had an ear infection so I called booked an appointment Brandon got me in right away! Heidi and her assistant took great care of me answered all my questions treatment was fast clean and I felt safe being treated would highly recommend NextCare for urgent care the team at the W. 52nd Ave office took extra special care in treating me!!

  I don’t know what the purpose of an appointment is. I’ve had an appointment for 12:20 it’s 1:53 and I’m still waiting. Is it because I’m a veteran using VA, finally getting into a room at 1:55. Very poorly staffed and overworked. One physician or pa. I’m giving it a 1 for waiting time and lack of staff. What staff they have is good. However, I wish they’d give much more accurate estimate of waiting time. It’s now 3:15 and waiting on a blood draw. Finally done around 3:30.

  Such an amazing, clean, friendly and quick place to be seen. The staff are so helpful and nice and the Doctor is super knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate this place so much! I went in right before closing and they didn’t have any problems seeing me right away! They are super reliable and you can tell they love helping their patients before anything!   Not sure how to start this upsetting review but this is the worst fast/urgent care place to go to. $165 to tell you to drink fluids. My girlfriend made a appointment for 1pm. We get there 10 mins prior as instructed to do so and don’t get seen for a hour! They were so fast to take our money before the appointment though. So she goes back, gets this doctor that says that she hasn’t been sick long enough even though she’s had swollen lymphatic nodes in her neck for the last few days and has been holding out to see if it would go down and it hasn’t. The medical “professional” claims she doesn’t know what it could be and advises that she come back and pay an additional $165 to be seen again if she is still having symptoms. For a hour wait, oh don’t worry I asked why. (Front desk lady told me they were a walk in clinic so they don’t honor appointment setting clients. All the online BS is just so you can be registered faster and they can have staff there.) oh and the staff they didn’t have? Was told every room was full while waiting even though I witnessed 3 people leave while waiting. (Must have been seeing ghosts!) will never be back. Won’t recommend anyone here. Would rather drive to Estes park to get care than to be paid to be here. Be vary if the staff as they are not pleasant. We walked in and was instructed to wear a mask even though the lady through the window wasn’t wearing one, nor was she eating lunch. The place is not up to standards. -5 review.

  Urgent Care facilities are not equipped to handle the majority of any patient issues at any time. They have no means to run any significant testing or blood work, they have no access to testing facilities of many kinds, they have limited knowledge of any conditions beyond basic sprains cuts and rashes, and they don’t prescribe you anything because everything is addictive and they’re afraid of getting sued.

  They can cut you open or sew you shut. That’s about it. Maybe they’ll recommend a topical cream that you can probably get over-the-counter anyway.

  This facility will recommend that you take aspirin and go see a primary care doctor. There is probably little that they can provide. You’re better off going across the street to the Walmart and buying some over-the-counter pain killers. You will save yourself time and potentially hundreds of dollars.

  For what it’s worth, the staff here is at least always friendly and attentive, and the facilities are actually clean, which is far more good than i can say for the surrounding Urgent Care facilities in the area, which are terrible.

  Save yourself the suffering and just don’t have an illness in the United States. If you do have one, rub some salt in it and go about your life.

  Unless, of course, you have a primary care doctor, who will then refer you to a specialist that will then tell you that they, too, have no idea what is wrong with you while they hand you a bill and a referral to another specialist. In any case, primary care physicians have the monopoly on care, and the PCP is likely going to refer you to a specialist. They’re glorified gatekeepers with a monopoly on medical testing.

  Sorry for the poor review. Health care in this country is a joke. It’s an expensive, slow, ridiculous game of tag wherein nobody takes responsibility for anything and can’t actually recommend anything because, again, they don’t want to be sued.
