Check in on the app.a month agoliterally no wait, right as I walked up I was greeted outside the door, walked directly to a chair and was out in 17 minutes. Definitely will be back! Also my stylist was so incredibly kinda month agoI *always* go to great clips and they have always done such a wonderful job, I feel it’s time to give them a long overdue review:) I have a LOT of hair, and it’s wavy, and I can never figure out a “haircut” from pictures online or in books. So everytime, I just walk into great clips, they are so sweet and I never have waited long at all, and I just tell them to do whatever they want… and I have loved what they have done every time! This time, Anh gave me the cutest, fun, short summer bob and expertly cut the layers and brought out all the waves. I don’t have to style it, because it will air dry this way, which is so great for me as a mom of two!! The haircut was super quick and I definitely could have paid a lot more for this fabulous cut elsewhere. I can’t thank Anh enough!!a month agoI checked in online with estimated time at 7:30 p.m and was taken care of until 7:47. Why do i remember this so precisely? Because since I sat down, the lady just keep talking like this: “You know, it’s 13 min until 8” .. then “It’s 7:50 now and we close at 8. I still want to give you a hair cut” .. then “It’s 7:55 and you are my last customer” .. Basically keep hinting me for more tips. When I finally checked out with more than 30% tips, she still pointed at the watch saying “Look it’s 7 past 8” hinting that i should’ve left more tips and totally ignored that she left a bald area on the back of my head. Anyways, it was totally unpleasant and I have blacklisted this place and will never come back again.a month agoLove this place. Go here everyday for myself and the kids. They receive feedback great. I asked for a higher fade and 20% shorter trim, and they were happy to do it. ?

a month agoGreat service and staff. Went in looking shaggy and came out looking classy. Definitely recommend! Haven’t had a single staff member that gave a bad haircut here. Emmy was great and I highly recommend.4 months agoI can not recommend this haircut place, due to cost and experience. I had an appointment scheduled, but I ended up waiting well past my appointment time. In the meantime, people “who just walked in were taken right away for haircuts”? They literally said ‘I have to appointment’ why would drop ins take priority of individuals waiting is beyond me.The front desk staff didn’t seem to care about the long wait time, nor did they try to comp the haircut to rectify the situation. When I finally got my turn, the haircut was mediocre at best, and it certainly wasn’t worth the $40.00 dollars that they charged me for a basic buzz cut. If you want a good haircut and decent customer service, look elsewhere, there’s plenty in the area.
2 months agoI called them if they do FADE. She said yes. I went there and got hella disappointed. I ask her its my first time i wanted to wait for good FaDE. She didn’t even speak english. She recommended Christine. She was terrible. I didn’t like the FADE. Dont go for FADE here folks ?????? I said why like that? She said your head has issue I was like WTF??? I am doing Fade every other week. Crazy experiencea year agoThis was my first time here and they exceeded my expectations.This is a salon fellas. Not a barbershop. They take care of you. They listen to you and if you ask, they will give you recommendations on how to look better.
The fade is tight, the color is clean, the cut is great, and the overall service is friendly.
You have to care about how you look. They will help you look good. Look at the before and after.
Do yourself a favor and book a reservation. They take walk-ins but it gets busy. So plan ahead, you can thank me later.
2 months agoOkay haircut but rushed and no time for shampoo even though I had an appointment for it.I showed them pictures of myself with a desired haircut I had gotten in the past. The resulting haircut was similar but lacked attention to detail and didn’t look as good.

The haircut felt reasonably priced for me. The only problem was that they weren’t open when it says here on Google Maps, so I had to wait around for a while. Overall a good experience though!6 years agoThis is such a cool place to have your Hair Cut for. I have been a regular customer of this shop from last 4 years, the thing that remains unchanged is the warmth of the staff and the way they handle each and every single customer. They are never harsh, understand customer’s requirement always and provide services with best price. I would certainly not change my options for the time I am staying around Sunnyvale and MTV.
