2 months agoHad a 4 minute wait time, checked in and waited a hour while 2 stylist sat and chatted and I kept getting bumped on the board. After being nice twice, a random comes in and checks in by store and they call him up. I was very polite, but it was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen. I will never return. 0/5 stars preferablya month agoI’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Two hair cutters. No customers and still open for 10 minutes and they won’t take customers. Business must be great to turn away customers when your still open. Which there were more options in town.2 months agoKea did an awesome job on my hair cut! Very friendly and professional. Will be visiting again for sure!3 years agoLacey is a great stylist. The mvp experience was awesome and I’d go back. Newer store, lots of stations, I imagine this gets really crowded at peak times. Like the games going on the wall and the hot towel on the face. Very relaxing. Recommend this place. Again, try to go during less busy times.7 months agoI gave my buddy a bowl cut for Halloween. This Sportclips fixed his head, a true miracle. After seeing what they could do I went in and got rid of my mullet. Amy lined me up real nice. She was incredibly meticulous, and didn’t leave a single hair out of place. Best fade I’ve ever had, better even then the ones I got in South America.

I don’t think there are any good points to make. They asked if I wanted MVP treatment? After they explained that to me, I said no thanks, and mentioned all those services should be included as a standard….(we didn’t hit it off ya know) overall it was a mistake to try this place.

a month agoThis place is hard to get into on short notice for the higher prices service but the services are fantastic. I have only used one of the barbers but she does a great job.My wife always comments on how much younger I look with a good haircut and beard trim from the GOAT.
2 weeks agoShyann is literally the best barber!! She knows how to give you that fresh look you are looking for. She is also so much fun to talk to, and she makes the overall experience a great one. Everything from the haircut, beard trim, wash, and waxing, she literally does some amazing work.3 months agoMy sons haircut was awesome, I told Brittany B. to give him a 90’s Leo and she nailed it! He loved her. THEN I went to sit and there was a lot of the previous customers hair on the chair, not a biggie, the stylist took care of it quickly. Then she gave me a 7-8 minute haircut, didn’t really give any attention to detail. I just thought it looked a bit sloppy and uneven. The shampoo wasn’t relaxing like it usually is. Then I was done. I just felt gypped. Maybe she was just having an off day? If so, hang in there Alyssa! Anyway so I complained up front like a big baby and Briquelle overheard me and just took me back and gave me a banger of a haircut. I really like it. She swooped in and saved the day! Thank you guys for making it right and making me and my son feel welcome, It’s why we come here to this location. Always love the service and haircuts, I just happened to not have a great experience this time with Alyssa. All the best, see you next time.2 months agoBriqulle is excellent!
