3 months agoErika Alessandra has been cutting my hair for over 8 years now. She is friendly, professional, efficient, prompt courteous and you will receive a fantastic haircut. I have only had to get my haircut done by another party once in all this time, and the quality was okay but nowhere close to Erika’s. She is intelligent, attentive, trustworthy and knows her way around a pair of scissors like no-one else in Fairfield. The haircut is always perfect and never has to be re-done. Great Clips would do well to retain her services. She is a noteworthy anchor to the store’s success and if you do get your haircut from her be sure to tip her well as she deserves it! Erika has tremendous insight, understands and is patient with her clientele, is simply a pleasure to talk with and I can’t argue the price!2 weeks agoVery dissapointed with my last visit. She asked if its the same cut which is 3 and 5 but reminded her I want the front longer and just trim it. She just buzzed it. She so busy chatting with the other hairdresser. Later apologized and offer her service free. I still pay the full price minus the $3 discount I have. Erika is thorough and really cares about how she cuts hair. I’ve been going to her for years, and she never disappoints.5 months agoFirst time I got a haircut I loved it, loved the stylist as well I wish I got her name. The second time, it was near closing time and a lady that cut my hair was cooperative but did terrible. I wish I could rate it higher, but she messed up my hair so bad I had to get extensions. My hair was so choppy and thinned out I was ready to put my hair in a ponytail forever. Will find another place.9 months agoPaid $22 for a women’s layered haircut and bang clean up with Ping. She was quick, efficient, and skillful. One thing to note was her chair had hair on it initially before I sat and she didn’t blow dry my hair, so my hair was slightly damp and thick pieces of hair were falling out, but for $22 it was a steal. I’m used to paying $60-90 for a haircut and this was a good deal especially right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I’m grateful to Ping for the haircut and she had great suggestions to make my hair look good. I initially wanted to come in because my hair was super damaged and I’m on chemo, so a change was needed. Definitely would come back!

4 months agoStaff working there are usually loud and sometimes rude. They don’t keep track of who came in first and skip you and take others first. Price is not up front. Each hair dresser charges something different but what really upset me was after an autistic child got a haircut and left, they started joking that there seemed to be a lot of autistic children lately and that it must be something in the water not realizing I had autistic children as well!2 years agoExcellent nails manicure, $36 for French manicure. Walked in on Sunday afternoon, no wait. Very pleased2 years agoWe have been going here for quite some time. But lately with the new owner it became less available. Finally once we got in she was very unpleasant she even went as far as saying an uncomfortable comment about my child. He is always well behaved and is still once they are cutting his hair. She had no reason to say something about his appearance. Never again going here I was not the one to take him hin that day but I can only imagine she would know better. Never a bad day at the hair place. ? I am willing to travel from out of town to get a hair cut at the hair place.a year agoEvery time I go here they always take 3x more hair off then what I ask for. And one time I asked for nothing to be done on the top and the woman cutting my hair started to cut the top. I literally showed them a photo and they did way more then in the photo and it didn’t even look like what I asked for
