a month agoLove my hair cut but very disappointed to be rushed WHEN IM A PAYING CUSTOMER! So y’all lost a customer! I wanted a simple blowout and was told No she don’t have time! I’ll look elsewhere so someone that will do what I want done! Spare yourself the time and gas of coming to this place, they do not even try to adhere to their posted hours. They come and go whenever they feel like it. I made the mistake of giving them more chances to succeed and they failed each time. Last night they were understaffed again (not my problem) and the waiting room was full and the one barber on duty could not get to everyone before they closed. Being the fool, I went back again tonight and, as has happened multiple times in the past, they closed two hours early. As before, there was a scribbled note with a hollow apology taped to the door. I’m sure some of you are wondering why I keep choosing to get bitten by the same place. I don’t know. I suppose I am just one to give places a second chance. Well, I’ve been bitten by this sham of a business one time too many. I learned my lesson.My initial review from a few months ago: This place closes much earlier than their advertised hours and cannot be trusted. I went there for a haircut two days in a row and they were closed during the hours they were supposed to be open. On my last visit there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “closed at 4:00 PM”. It was not a holiday and it was 3:45 PM and the doors were locked, the lights were out, nobody was inside, and there were no cars in the parking lot. It would seem they leave whenever they feel like it. I expected more from a national chain. My guess is that the store manager either doesn’t respect his customers and is OK with this or is not properly supervising the store that is under his responsibility.
5 months agoPainfully slow, from what i was told 25 minutes turned into an hour with no further updates and me being next in line for 35 minutes so i just walked out and left, they always seem to have 1 or 2 people working at all times during the few times ive been there which is odd, i dont know why but i wont be coming back at alla month agoI went for a haircut. Then they’d wash my hair with a warm towel wrapped around my face. Then I go back to the chair to get any touch-ups. And they also give you a shoulder massage with the massaging gun.6 months agoKaylee, the manager of the store was Amazing with me and my husband. It was our first time in there and he got the first-time customer MVP package. Im telling you that he walked out of there feeling like he was on top of the world. Kaylee has a wonderful, kind, funny, helpful, sweet demeanor about her that made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. He got the haircut, the beard trim, the eyebrow trim, the neck trim as well as the hot face towel, massage, and the scalp treatment. Oh, and she styled his hair too! (We threw his hat away on the way out… jk) If you are looking for some knowledge on beard and hair products, these ladies know what’s good and they have most of it there on hand. It is so hard for men to recognize the value of getting *pampered* but I promise you.. Just go in for a haircut.. and let the magic happen! Get the mvp package. It was not expensive at all and it was well worth every penny! You will thank me later. Also between cuts, you can go in for a free neck trim (and another dumdum at the front desk)
