  My daughter visited this Urgent Care when she was severely sick. They didn’t even bother to do blood work. They ran a throat culture and we still haven’t received test results back (over a week and several messages left – and mailbox is also full so you have to hope someone answers) The next day after she went to urgent care she checked herself into the ER where they called a code Sepsis. Now a week later she broke out in a head to toe rash and we still don’t know what bacteria she is dealing with. So hopefully someone can contact her on Monday 09/18/2023. And I would also like to add the receptionist sounds like she would rather be any where on the planet but answering phones for this urgent care. Which is also concerning because you don’t know if the doctors are getting the messages.

  The front office was kind and helpful. The MA was quick and very kind. The PA was friendly, quick and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and reassuring. Overall I had a fantastic experience considering how miserable I felt.

  The staff at AFC is great every time I go in for my appoiments inregards to L&I,Yoselin and Eli at the FD are great professional and always in great/happy mood and make me feel always comfertable and always help me making sure my appts are rin the timeline needed and if i get reffered out they help me anlld explain everything step to step to make sure i understand and process and even if i have questions And I have to call back they help me and make sure to follow through how I need to. My MA Diana is great always so cheerful and just makes me feel like if ive been knowimg her makes me feel so comfortable. MY DOCTOR Sarah Barrick i really reccommend she is great and honestly she really cares for the care she gives you and really has been helping me go through my process and is very attentive. Im really happy and with the quailty of care im getting here is Fantastic ! The team is awesome thank you so much, as I continue in my process with afc urgent care!

  Dr. Li and I had never met before, yet he showed genuine interest in my well-being and even was courteous enough to speak a bit frankly with me. I really appreciated a doctor really telling me how it is. He also went out of his way to put his hands on my body for the exam, and I really appreciated that. As a chronically obese person, I have had encounters with physicians that are otherwise repulsed by my very being. Dr. Li showed no such bias.

  Loved that I could schedule my visit online. I spent maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room. After being taken back and worked up, I waited maybe 1 more minute for my doctor to come in. Super happy with how quick and coordinated the care team was. I’ve also had labs done and love that I can show up any time to get those done.

  Well organized Medical Clinic with most services. They have a lab, an eye clinic with a very nice optical department.

  To do further testing that requires more sophisticated machines like mammograms, bone density scans, CAT scans, etc. you need to go to their larger facilities. My favorite doctor there is Dr. Abrams. She is a very kind caring and knowledgeable physician.

  Dr Lobaton was amazing. I wasn’t rushed, she talked to me like a person. Listened to everything I had concerns about. I was seen at my appointment time with no wait. The staff was kind and helpful

  I have been a patient of this clinic and of Dr. Dhiren Ajudia’s for a couple years, and I first decided to go because it was close to my residence. I have had some great experiences with the nurse and the front desk (they are phenomenal) and previously as well with the doctor himself. Over the last about year and a half I developed stomach pain and visited Dr. Dhiren Ajudia again. I ended up coming into clinic four times for this issue. I then visited the ER where they got me on another medication and instructions to follow up with primary. After my PAP with the other doctor: Dr. Ling, I started discussing my treatment with her because I felt like my stomach pain wasn’t taken seriously with the other doctor noted above and I really wanted a solution. Dr. Ling scheduled me for a breath test for the following day knowing I have been taken Omeprazole and Famotadine (but apparently you need to be off that medication two full weeks before testing so I was so confused as to why I was scheduled then and Dr. Dhiren Ajudia refused to give me the test because he said it wasn’t ethical) so that was a waste of my time. Also, Dr. Ling told me my results from a previous test were positive and then Dr. Dhiren Ajudia said they were negative (this is worrisome). When I’m at the appointment with Dr. Dhiren Ajudia I waited 45 minutes before seen which was totally fine at the time because I was willing to do whatever it takes to get some answers and I already don’t like to go to the doctors. The majority of the appointment Dr. Dhiren Ajudia read over all of my emails, all while telling me to stop sending emails to the office and to come in instead (I had already been in as well as the ER and notified them of all updates), which I thought was beyond rude, because it’s an option on their website). Dr. Dhiren Ajudia explained it’s difficult for him to catch up because the emails are not documented into a clinical note (also worrisome- I’ve worked in healthcare), but also- not my problem if email is a communication option for patients to doctors and everything clinical should always be documented appropriately (plus the other doctor never had an issue with it). Going through the appointment Dr. Dhiren Ajudia would ask me questions and I would start answering and he would talk over me each time. He talked to me as if I was to blame for all the miscommunication. I’ve never had a doctor talk to me in that manner and it came off very unprofessional so I will be seeing a new provider!

  Very friendly and welcoming staff, with a cozy waiting room. 4 stars because the wait time is usually between 30-90 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, which is understandable, since I think they usually have one doctor there. However, I’ve been able to get an appointment the same day that I called, within 2 hours of my call every time I’ve gone. It’s a small office, so don’t expect more than getting prescriptions, a few basic supplies, and some medical advice. If you need more, like an x-ray or something at a more immediate time, it would be better to go to an ER.

  When I saw two negative reviews, I had to respond, especially since I could very easily see a doctor closer to where I live or work, but choose Dr. Tan. (Also, she is Ling Tan, not Tan Ling.) I’m relatively picky about my doctors, so the fact that I have stuck by Dr. Tan should speak volumes about both her professionalism and her abilities.

  I have been seeing Dr. Tan fairly regularly since before 2007. She is extremely thorough, and really listens – the latter a quality lacking in many physicians today. She also makes referrals when necessary, including one time sending me immediately to the emergency room for a health matter that, if left untreated, would have killed me.

  Furthermore, her medical knowledge is good. Again, when something lies beyond her expertise (i.e., when one’s condition merits a specialist), she is quick to refer. She also will refer when requested.

  I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Tan.

  I just got home from getting my immigration physical done at Allcare, by dr Tan. Everything and everyone was great. The person who made my visit as painless (quite literally!) as possible was Sandy! She was absolutely great, making me feel at ease and best of all: taking my blood effortlessly! Thank you!
