  I don’t think I’ve gone to a Concentra Center that showed full length movies in the waiting room, really cool. And with decent volume so you can actually watch. Everyone here is super friendly and easy to talk to and you don’t completely feel like a lab rat. I’d schedule another appointment at this location.

  This place is absolutely trash! They’re short staffed and miss managed. They try to take on to many task in a single day. Their receptionist are incompetent. I waited 3 hrs to provide an email so I can receive a medical record release form…. Your health and wellness is not in their best interest.

  Wait times were a little longer than expected. If you plan on doing a walk-in, please give yourself at least an hour of time to get what you need done. Other than that, the staff was great!! Very friendly and welcoming.

  Although I arrived as a walk-in for a pre employment physical, I was allowed to wait and be seen. A very thorough examination and done quicker than I expected. All around, a very good experience.

  When on Friday for just a quick check up to see how my cut on my left palm was healing due to getting 4 sutures 3 days ago on Tuesday. I got there at my on time at 12:40pm for (1pm appointment). I was informed doctors are backed up and if I wanted to reschedule. I drove 1 hour away so I opted to wait. Didn’t get called in until 1:40pm just to get me blood pressure checked first. Then they made me wait again, another 30 min passed waiting and they took me to a room and got my blood pressure checked a 2nd time. I literally was waiting in that room for almost 1 hour until they finally looked at my cut just to tell me it’s healing well and will need to come back the following Friday to get sutures removed. I get that they are busy but the person who checked my wound wasn’t even the doctor. It was a total waste of time. Doctor should have least seen me after waiting 3 hours.

  Our experience here was very positive. The staff is absolutely professional (even late in the day having endured dozens of patients). We were seen quickly and treated with great care. I highly advise making an appointment on line if possible. It really speeds the process and makes things go even more smoothly. I highly commend the staff and facilities of Burbank Urgent Care. They are competent, caring and provide high quality service.

  I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Making a reservation for a visit is the greatest most efficient way to go. Staff is always friendly and take care of you right away. Doctors are very knowledgeable and will recommend a return visit if necessary. It’s also very important that they can take your exray, if it’s warranted. That way you get answers right away. It’s nice to get things done there without having to drive to other places. I always recommend Burbank Urgent Care.

  I visited with an appointment and they took me very fast. I had sore lower back. The Dr. examined me and took X-rays. They gave me a shot and a prescription for a muscle relaxer. All the providers were very professional and kind. I highly recommend them. And most important I am feeling much better today.

  Great service. Wonderful and caring doctors and medical workers. They have all the equipment necessary to diagnose you on the spot. I have brought my son here a few times as a toddler and preschooler and today brought my mom here for urgent care. Nothing else crossed my mind. My mom was in good hands today. Will continue to use their services whenever the need arises.

  Pretty impressive to have a couple hundred reviews and 5 full stars, but that’s because of the kind of place they are running. Very clean, neat, and spacious lobby with free water and coffee options. There’s also very low but soothing music playing in the background. The employees behind the counter greet you with warmth, friendliness and compassion. Pricing is not hidden and they are happy to discuss. The team (including doctors) that see you are knowledge and caring when going over symptoms and discussing treatment options. I never like getting sick and am new in town, so feel lucky to have found this gem. See pics for lobby and waiting area at the entrance.

  Highly recommend this facility and its staff. The waiting room is clean, offers water and coffee, calming videos, and a welcoming intake receptionist.   We are traveling from Minnesota. We were able to get in an hour before close. We were seen quickly – within 15 minutes, out within an hour. Everyone from the receptionist, the care provider who took us back, and the doctor were kind and respectful. They really listened to our concerns. They listened to my 6 year old, and found out what was wrong. We were able to get to a nearby pharmacy where our prescriptions had already been called in. We were staying in Anaheim, and had been unable to find a nearby urgent care. We were very grateful, appreciative and impressed that Care Fast was able to help us.

  This weekend was my first time going to Care Fast Urgent Care. I will not go to any other urgent care again. My experience was great. They were fast ,so clean and everything was new. The lady at the front was very helpful and so kind. The doctor was great. He was friendly and very reassuring. On top of all that they have coffee in the waiting room. Even my 10 year that did not want to go to urgent care said mom from now on this is the only urgent care you can take me.

  Everyone was so nice, made everything super easy! The facility was immaculate. Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful, down to earth and incredibly helpful. The nurse and doctor were amazing, both very cool and friendly while working on my prognosis. I highly recommend this urgent care…HIGHLY!
