  Very kind and efficient! Some issues with the website. Told there was no wait, but couldn’t book an appointment online, then showed up and there was a 1.5 hour wait. For UTI patients, need to give them a cup to collect sample right away, so they can urinate as much and as often as they then have to after that. Otherwise, medical staff and nurse had great bedside manner and knowledge. Thanks for being there!

  I’ll be honest, I’ve never given a one-star review anywhere before. The wait times when you check in say 1.5 hours. That’s fine. I get that. But you wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room, then are taken to a room, where you wait 1-2 hours longer for the doctor. I’ve been here twice. Both wait times were astronomical. 1 and a half hours is just for the lobby. You’ll be waiting just as long or twice that in a room to see a doctor. Be warned.

  The wait time was twice as long as posted (3 hours). Ugh! Once I got in I encountered a nurse named Jessica. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable. The female Doctor Kim was so informative. She explained what was going on in a way I understood. Both of were wonderful. The professionalism was outstanding from check in to check out. Parking easy and free.

  It’s hard to take a two year old any where let alone when they are sick and scared. All staff from the lady at the front desk, the nurses, to the doctor where amazing. They were gentle, patient, reassuring and attentive. Thank you!

  I went in to have an infected sore on my leg looked at. I was helped by nurse Jessica and PA Jane. They didn’t waste any time, examined the sore, gave me things I could do at home and prescribed an anti-biotic. It cost me a co-pay and an hour (including a waiting period) and I was out of there. Great service!

  The Nurses are amazing people . Super friendly , nice and courteous. Unfortunately, they couldn’t draw my blood so I have to go to a different facility . The problem for me is that I travel for work and now have to figure out where to go to get it drawn so that I can continue to work and have my Physical completed. Other than that I’m very happy with them .

  Very professional staff. I had a great experience. I went to go do my medical recertification and took about an hour. Good thing I went early in the morning. People that were there after me for others were going to have 2 to 3 hr wait times. Anyway the nurse was professional and quick. And same with the doctor professional and quick.   I would like to add one comment. I was happy with the service and friendly staff but my only issue was the time to get seen. Many people came in after me and was seen faster than me. I understand some people were more serious but others were not. There should be a numbering system to fairly service people except for emergencies. But all in all I was happy with my visit.
