a month agoThis is one of the best urgent care centers I have been to!The front desk team, manager, and medical assistants were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
My provider took time to do an assessment of my symptoms and provided excellent care in an efficient manner. My wait time was not long so I wasn’t stuck waiting a long time, which I appreciated.
I highly recommend coming to this urgent care as you will get wonderful care and feel better in no time.
2 months agoThis was my first time in urgent care. It was an amazing experience, and I just want to thank everyone there for their compassion and support. It was easy to find and park. It was very clean and did not feel like an emergency room but more like visiting your regular doctors office. We did not wait for our appointment. The front desk administrator was kind and knowledgeable. The doctor I saw took a lot of time to discuss my health and he did not rush the appointment. He listened to me and was very patient and sympathetic. I called the office back twice the next day with additional questions. And each time I was surprisingly put in touch directly with a doctor that was available. It was outstanding to have the doctors available to answer my questions when I was not feeling well. Thank you so much and we will definitely return if anything else happens. I highly suggest everyone goes to this center if they are in need of urgent care. The whole staff was welcoming and I felt everything was clean and well organized. I registered before going so they had my information when I arrived. I’d certainly go there again.2 months agoI needed to visit an Urgent Care on a Sunday morning, which was made more complicated by the closing of Compass Medical. The ethic of care I received was outstanding. The PA listened carefully and patiently, taking the time to go over my options for care and prescriptions. Easy scheduling, so kind, and I was taken on time and not rushed. SO impressed!

2 weeks agoThank you for efficient and thorough preparation of the I-693 Medical Exam for USCIS. They prepared it for my spouse and she already has her green card. They did it for me too.Bring your vaccination record including MMR, Varicella, COVID, Influenza, TDAP records. If you TDAP is not within last 10 years, I would recommend getting it done by your PCP via insurance. Otherwise this facility can surely give it to you (Charges $100). I would also recommend to get a Flu vaccine through any pharmacy locally via your health insurance if this is a flu season. Otherwise this facility can surely help you get it. (Charges $75).
Staff is kind and work with your schedule to get things done early or late day times.
2 months agoI was not impressed at all with this facility. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was completely empty walls without a single medical degree or certification showing. We used this place for a US residency physical, and it was apparent that there is no communication between staff members. We kept getting calls from different people who work there providing us different information each time. For example; we were told that we didn’t need to get a certain blood test, then we were told by another person we did so scheduled it, then a third person called telling us to pick our completed paperwork but we hadn’t had the “needed” blood test yet. Two of these calls were on the same day. I witnessed the staff, one in designer slippers, getting quick and frustrated with others getting confused, while it was clear English was not their first or primary language. As well, I witnessed a nurse contradict the doctor and raise his voice to her in front of patients. The doctor of note discussed other people’s medical information with my wife in the room while performing her physical, with the door to the room wide open mind you. They promised us that insurance would cover the blood test that they insisted we get, which shouldn’t have been needed as we had proof of her vaccination status, however we received a bill today saying it is not covered. I only hope that the US government audits these facilities on a regular basis to ensure compliance, as I have my doubts.2 months agoEu fiz a escolha certa com médico. The issue I was having was surrounding documentation, and your staff listen, even made phone calls on my behalf. No amount money can pay for this kind of service. I have been to this clinic several times from minor injuries to primary care services. They take time `to explain and follow up. I saw with my own eyes how the nurses and physicians work together for patient’s care. They always ensured I have a smooth blood draw, medication review, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose iMedical365 and would highly recommend to anyone. The medical assistant even offers me water because I was so nervous the other day and she call me when I go home to make sure that I was ok. This place is unique in so many ways. They follow up with labs, medication, and wellbeing of patients. Staff kept their cool the entire time. While I was there, I witnessed the staff dealing with an “entitled couple” who demanded excessive attention. They showed compassion toward them. This was a privilege to meet such a great group of people. Dr Almonor has been nothing but knowledgeable and resourceful. She makes phone calls on my behalf. I would highly recommend this facility.
