a week agoMy new go-to urgent care.The staff at Raincross are very helpful. I had a great experience. From the intake nurse to the nurse practitioner they were all amazing. I was only there for maybe 30 minutes! The nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was causing my issue and even how to tackle it before it gets to the point I’m at now (ear infection). Thank you everyone that I saw on my visit!!! ❤️2 months agoI love this place. Doctors and nurses are very helpful they care about their patients. They do their job very professionally and help us get wellness. We don’t have to wait long. As soon we done with our paperwork they call us in rights away. Place very clean. I was able to get there right when it opened. I was seen and left in less than 30 min. 🙂 the staff listened to my concerns and gave me the appropriate medications to get me back on the road to feeling better. The whole experience was great. I have worked in customer service before and I appreciate the Raincross Urgent Care staff because everyone I encountered had superior people skills. Made me feel like I mattered to them and wasn’t just $$$.3 months agoAmazing place. Amazingly clean, responsive and (generally) friendly and caring. The nurse practitioner probably could have listened more and been more and empathetic. Had she, she wouldn’t have been on such a quest to ignore the doctors orders to provide the medication needed to resolve my condition. All in all, I’ll give her 3 stars for being there for meI’ll use the urgent care as my go to for the overall experience.

Very satisfied with my visit.a week agoEveryone was so nice at the front desk, we were in and out within an hour and no problems at all. Thank you guys for always being so sweet to us and our kids.2 months agoi brought my daughter in for urgent care and had called prior to arriving to check the wait time and to verify if they took my insurance since we were visiting from out of state, to my surprise there was no wait. I never leave reviews but the service was super fast and everyone was super friendly and professional, the receptionist Jennifer was super helpful with my insurance questions and concerns. Will be coming again for sure2 months agoThis place is good for immediate care needed. I like coming here if I need to go to URGENT CARE because there is no long wait and the place is nice and clean. The PAs and NP are pretty good, and they answer questions clearly and not in a rush. 12 months agoIf you want anything done just go over there DON’T CALL! It is the most fustrating experience I ever had and if what you are calling for Isn’t on their VERY limited menu options then welcome to hell. I wanted to call for behavioral health but there is no option for it on the menu option. It’s in the clinic I can literally see it in their effing main lobby that’s easy to work with but calling. HELL NO! They need to change this so that there is an option to contact their behavioral health site in THEIR CLINIC NOT A CALL CENTER instead of making you wait on one line with a bunch of other callers calling for other reasons THAT WAY it can make things faster and convenient for ALL of us. The place is great it’s just their automated phone menu system that’s a problem.a year agoOh my, I don’t even know where to start,, Patty the office assistant for the dental office..Is such a great worker she is great ..She gave me all the information I needed. She was very clear and patient with us She should be an example to everyone out there who works with the public…a year agoWas waiting on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. I guess since it was close to closing time the lady had me wait and not schedule me since she probably wanted to leave. I hung up out after frustration and called back, but of course “The office is now closed.”3 years agoThey are always calling to change my scheduled appt time either moving it ahead like I have one tomorrow and they tell me that instead of 11:10 if I can come in at 11:45 because the nurses will be in a meeting. Today I was supposed to have an appt with the mental health doctor there & they rescheduled me for next month on the 4th. He is only there once a week which is on Weds… Even my first appt with metal health they called me said oh youre scheduled at 12:30 but the first time you need 1hr so you can come do the appt then come back an hr later to finish your other half of your intake because he will be finished with his lunch… I have no car & I have to get rides to the clinic so it makes things very complicated when they do this. They need to get their schedules straight before scheduling appts. The doctors are all very nice there though & the clinic is somewhat well kept they just need to clean their chairs better. Otherwise its ok. Update: Today is the 4th of March& would like to add i posted pics of how just 2 random seats are kept not many clean seats…a year agoDid a courtesy walk in and the wait time was phenomenally fast. Nurses and doctors were very nice. Got everything I needed in 1 visit. Very friendly environment especially for kids.
