a month agoThis place is absolutely amazing and most probably the best in Pueblo! They don’t make you wait long, they are extremely caring and polite and just overall it was the best experience I’ve ever had with going to a hospital or anything medical related! The doctor was also amazing and very kind! I love you guys! If I could give 10 stars I would!a month agoI had a bad experience. I went in along with my daughter for sore throat and fever. The doctor says our throat is infected and said we need antibiotics. He asked what pharmacy we use because they don’t use Walgreens. I told them what pharmacy and the receptionist said she found it. This was on Friday, so I had to wait til Monday to get my prescriptions because of the weekend . I go in to my pharmacy on Monday and they didn’t find a prescription for me but they found my daughter’s. So I call Vital Point thinking they’ll send the script and the lady says I have to come back tomorrow and I’ll probably need to be seen again!a month agoThe worst part was the paperwork lol?.After that I was treated very well and fast. The Doc listened to me and I listened to her. She got right to treatment of both my ears cleared out the cause which other places could not due but they did very well. And put me on antibiotics for 7 days. They had the right tools and expertise. Will go back to them. Thanks DK2 weeks agoI needed a new doctor because mine moved. I immediately felt heard and understood. I normally am very anxious when going to the doctor but this was anything but uncomfortable. Dr. Chase and staff were awesome.4 months agoThe only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we didn’t have a long wait time. Other than that, the staff was rude and the doctor was extremely unprofessional. Granted, I did take my daughter in at 5:15pm and they closed at 6:00pm. I took my daughter in specifically to have a strep test and they refused to do it because they “didn’t have time”. When I asked if they knew of a pharmacy that didn’t close at 6:00pm I was told “Nope, should’ve came earlier”. As an RN who works in the medical field, I’m appalled at the level of care and treatment we received and I definitely would NOT recommend this place.

a month agoI am going to be honest: it’s hard to find a good medical practitioner here. I first went to Dr. Elijah, she is in the exam room for literally no more than forty seconds— She typically leaves the room and I am looking around like “wait what just happened? Are we finished here?” She’s never clear and I feel she can careless about her patients, so I started to see Brandy Trujillo who is amazing but then she switched to another office—I was certain I didn’t want to go back to Dr. Elijah, so I switched to Hannah Schmidt … it was like literally jumping out of the pan into the fire—she’s worse … not pleased with her medical help, at all! On the plus side, Southern Colorado Clinic gets you in a timely manner for an appointment … they don’t make you wait weeks.
I heard Brandy is back, so I will be switching again!
Good luck finding decent medical help here … well unless it’s brandy, who I highly recommend!

I’m a new patient and was impressed by the effort to get my medical records and to think about continued treatment as well as explaining why a medication is warranted, how it works and side effects to watch for. Probably one of the doctors I’ve had. One of the best.a month agoDr Rochelle Elijah in Family Practice is amazing. She’s the most attentive, thorough Dr I have ever had. You wait less than 5 min in the waiting room also.in the last weekSouthern Colorado Clinic operates exactly the way I would expect a medical practice to operate. The people are friendly, professional and respectful of patient’s time. Dr. Vialpando is particularly good at all aspects of health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.a week agoI LOVE the Peds side. All of the staff from the NPs to the MAs to the receptionist are just wonderful. I was a hospital Peds nurse for 5 years and am a family nurse practitioner now myself so I am extremely picky about my daughter’s care, and I am very happy to have gone with this practice for our baby girl.

2 months agoI was told 4 weeks ago that I would receive a refund of over $350 and I still haven’t received it, and they haven’t even had to decency to call me back. Do not go here. They will charge you way too much money (and I HAVE insurance too). I have called them over a dozen times.4 months agoThis place is a joke. They charge you a RIDICULOUS amount of money just to make you sit for an hour for subpar care. The doctor we have doesn’t even know the file until after he comes into the examination room. Then the front lady wanted to give me lip about how many doctors I know that are on time to their appointments, so I informed her that every single doctor I have or have does not come that late to appointments and she just told me “good for you.” Completely dismissing the fact that she was wrong. This army vet recommend going literally anywhere else. I wanted to add that they will try to commit FRAUD by charging you if you leave when the doc doesn’t show up on timea month agoWish there was a negative star to give! Went there for an issues with my ear, they flushed it a rediculous amount of times claiming something was in it. They dug and finally said it was a skin tag. The next day felt completely drunk as they left water in there got in with my pcp. I had horrible ear infection after. Water drained for a week straight. Followed up with pcp after the antibiotic and water drains.I then had an infection from where they were scraping at the “skin tag “ they dug a chunk out of my skin had another round of antibiotic.Was referred to a ent who was baffled at why they did what they did as there was no skin tag.This place is horrible.5 months agoThe family care practice here saw my son 3 weeks ago, told me they’d call me by the end of the week with very time sensitive information. Since then I have called them at least 2 to 3 times and a week and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get sent straight to voicemail. As well, during our appointment we sat in the room for over 2 hours after appointment time before someone even came in to see us.3 months agoRobert Dawson is rude and unprofessional. Took my 3 year old to be seen as he’d been complaining of ear pain and has a cough that won’t stop. He came in the room and felt the need to lecture me about me 3YEAR OLD not covering his mouth when he coughs. Then also felt the need to tell my son he needed to sit down. “ I don’t want to catch what he has he needs to be sitting down” were his exact words”. Why are you even in this industry is my question? & apparently my son has no ear infection and there is nothing we need to do except take Tylenol. We will see about that after I take him somewhere else.
