Dr. Marks explained things well as well as the cardiologist I spoke with on the phone. Beatrice was kind and informative about the procedures formed.a week agoSignature Care is our family’s go-to Urgent Care provider. We have always had friendly staff, who seem to genuinely care about our wellbeing. Today’s visit my daughter was anxious, but was immediately eased by David’s fun personality and gentle attitude. Her X-ray was described as “fun, but hurt a little”. Pain is expected when you are hurt enough for an X-ray to begin with. Eliza made it easy for her, and we are thankful for that. She even came back to the room with a snack and toy. Dr. Starr explained the process and results perfectly. There’s a reason we always trust our family’s urgent care needs to Signature Care.a week agoInjured my foot last night and when I got here I was taken in quick. Got some x-rays and Kass the tech was amazing with my care, she cleaned my wound and was being as gentle as she could and also checked on me periodically. Nurse Theresa gave me my discharge papers and explained everything thoroughly. The wait for the results was a little too long.a week agoWe’ve had to come to Signature Care a couple times and the staff is always awesome! Nurse Theresa and Doctor Marks took care of us super quick. Jayda at the front desk got us signed in super quick as well, no waiting or excessive amounts of paperwork. Definitely recommend.2 weeks agoIt was my first time being here and if I ever need to come back I’ll consider coming here!! The ladies upfront made my process so fast Nurse Theresa was very caring and nice! Tech Eliza was also very caring. Not all clinics you go and get treated like this so thank you all!

3 weeks agoThe entire staff was Amazing! We received excellent service and care. We will definitely be using Priority ER from now on. We live in Midland but we will drive to Odessa to get better care and service! Thank you to Dr. Moody and RN David for taking the time to explain and care for my son!a week agoThese people are always friendly, kind and courteous. Wait time to be seen is never more then 10 mins in the lobby. The doctors listen and give you great feedback. This is my family’s go to place for emergenciesa month agoWe came straight in to the clinic and met Sonia. She helped us get into a room quickly . Then we met David , Jenny, Jessica, and Dr.Moody. They took my girlfriends vitals and assessed her symptoms very carefully and quickly. We are grateful for such good care and support from their team. ?a week agoFast and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything. Each person from the front to back treated me with respect. Hoping I never have a reason to come back, but if I do it will be here. Highly recommend.2 weeks agoVery fast. Front staff was super nice and quick on getting us into a room. Very informative. Super good with kids. Our first Dr gave me a detailed treatment plan as far as swabs and xrays. There was a shift change in drs. So Dr. Moody took over. He came in introduced himself and did an exam himself. Dr. Moody and RN Ramona were absolutely great! This is my first choice when my child gets sick!

3 weeks agoThe Receptionist showed great customer service. She worked with me to figure out an issue with my co-pay amount. The rest of the staff was excellent as well, with positive attitudes and were attentive to my questions. The doctor provided clear and concise information and prescribed an adequate treatment for my condition. I would recommend this establishment6 months agoI highly recommend this office! They go over and beyond to Provide excellent care! They took cause of my 7 years who hurt her foot at tumbling and gymnastics! They literally made her so happy and comfortable. I was originally nervous to go but all the staff were so kind and I liked that they weren’t busy. I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in and was treated pretty fast. Every staff member, as well as the nurse and NP helping us, were extremely kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend!3 months agoThe staff is friendly and helpful. They’re efficient and courteous. The nurse and the treated me with a professional attitude. The PA was very professional during my exams. I will definitely recommend others to them. Great job ladies.
