I had an awful experience here. Took my dog in to be cared for and and spent $1400.00 because she had blood coming out of her mouth and bottom. I was told she was fine and nothing is wrong other than an angry tummy. Took her into a vet the next day same symptoms ( spent $200), to be told she had a nasty bacterial infection and was shedding the lining of her intestines and that antibiotics were needed. She was better within a day. The staff was swearing so loud about whatever they were talking about in front of my children and the doctor would not come out and talk to me about my dog even though I was in the waiting room! Worst most awful experience and I will never bring my dog again. All they cared about was taking my $$ not finding out what was wrong with my dog!

My Bear was seen twice at this hospital. The first visit was a success. Bear had a severe laceration on his neck. they did a great job with him because he could be a bit aggressive for a little dog. Three months later they could not save him and we had to put him down. I brought Bear home. They rapped him real snugly like a baby. I had Bear for 7 years and should have had him 7 more. He was attacked twice by the same dog in his own home. The dog has been put down also. Thank you for not giving me a vet bill. The second process was on the house. Bear is home and at peace. His resting place is much nicer now.

I actually used to love coming here and all the staff especially the receptionists used to be so sweet and caring. Obviously, this practice has gone through some change and not the same anymore. I first noticed during my last visit when I spoke to someone (over the phone) regarding my estimate. They now take your pet to the back without you for the exam, then call to go over/approve the estimate, and the doctor calls to go over everything and you never really meet in person. When I spoke to the individual regarding my estimate I first noticed that their prices increased significantly, then when I tried to tell him I didn’t want to have certain things done he tried to imply that it was all or nothing. Once I questioned that he said he would speak to the doctor and then removed the items. My most recent visit was last night. I showed up to unfriendly cold receptionists that seemed to think it was funny that there was a 2-3 hour wait. They asked me why I was there and then slid a small piece of paper in front of me and said to go register online and then come back to make sure it went through. I registered and then confirmed it had went through and then was told to go home and that they would give me a call to come in once I was second in line. This was around 9:00 pm and we waited up all night/early morning before finally going to bed to try and get some sleep before taking our pet back in and but still no call 11 hours later. I guess our pets situation wasn’t enough of an emergency for them.

I give this place 0 stars. People there were rude., I brought an 18 year old sick cat to them.. Because they advertise, they would do all kinds of tests and give medicine on their website for under a $140. When I arrive there, people at the front desk were rude to me. And they acted too busy to help me. They took my animal from me, took her and back,And within 20 minutes came back to me and said. Oh, you’re animal is sick. And we want a $1500 to Diagnose the animal. And then when I said I don’t have that much money.. I thought you were a low cost vet, They told me well, just wait about a 1/2 hour before the 40 minutes. And perhaps we could get a better estimate and lower the price a bit. They got back to me at a $1200. 45 minutes later, then when I started to discuss Euphonesia with them The first response was, oh, we don’t do that here. We don’t like to put animals down. Try to make me feel guilty about getting my cat of 18 years out of its pain and suffering. Then finally had to wait another 40 minutes with them Telling me that I can’t put a price on love. And that’s they would like to try to diagnose , The cat better. But I would have to pay a thousand two hundred dollars for that. Money I don’t have. I love that animal darely.. I decided to have them put the cat to sleep. Because I know that it was in much pain and I love the animal Dearly. And yes I had to convince them to put the cat to sleep. They tried to make me feel guilty, they tried to make me feel like I was cheap they tried to extort all the money they could from me because my animal was sick, I feel they ripped me off and stored my animal from me, and the animals live from it. Please do not bring your animals to this veterinarian, they just try to gouge you on prices and try to get the most money they can. a they are not interested in The quality of life for your animal. They just want your money, avoid them at all costs because if you don’t, it will cost you. And most likely it’ll cost your animal, it’s life.

We have taken several of our dogs here, and always had great treatment. This was actually my first time in their office, my husband has always gone in before. But the minute we walked in the door they took my girl in the back STAT for bloat! Everyone was kind, caring, and thankfully I had the money to pay for everything. Yes it is expensive, and I would maybe have had to put her down had I not been able to pay. They are Emergency Vets, that is not cheap! If you have the time to wait you may want to go someplace else. But my girl is my lifeline right now as I start to go through my second bout with chemo! And thankfully I did have the money, which may have helped a few others who don’t, so they can drop some of the prices for others when those who can pay do. I have been there, and had to let a dog go because I couldn’t afford it. It is so tough. But again they are not at fault they are Emergency Vets! Even at my own vet, who we have loved for over 40 years, Barney and Russum, it is not inexpensive to have you furbaby taken care of! But I am so thankful for the care they all give my furbabies! My girl is spending the night, but I got her there early before she was too far gone, and she will be home in the morning. I wish I could have seen her before I left, but again they have a job to do, and your pet is there first responsibility, and it would just upset her to see me leave her! But after a phone call to check on her I was invited to come see her!! But again I know my girl and I think that would upset her more than help. So I trusted her to them, and so far so good! I can’t wait to get her home! Thank you to the staff there!! I am sorry I was a blubbering mess! But thank you for taking such good care of this baby and my babies in the past!

I was happy with the wait time in the waiting room. It seemed like a half hour or less from the time I walked in the door until the time I was called. The nurse that took my initial information was very helpful very polite and was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Van the freaky doctor came in. This guy had a mask on and a invisible shield on his head. When I mentioned to him that I had a pulmonary embolism 10 years ago he started chuckling and said that I may end up going back to the hospital for that malady. When I asked him why he thought that was funny, he got very very indignant. His whole attitude changed he became curt and embittered. He was no longer friendly whatsoever. I am amazed that these doctors still have the balls to act like they are some type of divine creature after the way 95% of them laid down and bent over for the CDC and the Who during the falsified pandemic. I was tempted to tell him that his beloved CDC has finally come out and told the truth about the uselessness of masks; all masks. I didn’t because I didn’t want SS stormtroopers bursting through the door. I really wanted to stay as far away from the medical industrial complex forever, but I had something that needed a good doctor to look at. I couldn’t find one here. Sutter asked me to review them and I have. I would have only given them one star but the staff there was pretty nice and did their job well.

This office is very efficient, kind and the staff was very professional. I did not have to wait for hours like the ER visits. I was seen within 2 hours and the provide I saw was excellent. His bedside manner was professional, he was very knowledgeable about my issue and very efficient and professional. The ladies at the the office starting from the check in to check out to the nurses were all sweet, professional and beautiful kind young ladies.

I was very impressed with Sutter Urgent Care – Fairfield. I had read reviews about delayed visits etc, but that was not my experience. I arrived right when they opened at 10AM and they shared right away that I would be seen in 20-30 minutes. I was in fact seen in that window. My nurse at check in was exceptional. The doctor was on top of it and very personable. The whole experience was effecient and I felt well taken care of.

I went to Urgent Care along with my service dog, to have the pain in my knee checked out. The wait was short, and I saw the doc pretty quickly. He was great, listened well, was gentle examining my knee, and ordered an X-ray. A staff person helped me into the transport chair and wheeled me down to X-ray, being careful not to bump Ellie’s foot or tail. X-ray staff was great, being careful to shield Ellie as X-rays were done. I was taken back to Urgent Care and within a few minutes the X-ray report from the radiologist arrived. I discussed the results with the doc and was fitted with a knee brace and given follow up instructions. All in all, very satisfied of the care for me and for the kindness to Ellie!

The wait was too long, I was there 2 hrs, which as far as I am concerned that was too long and from my point of view my time wasn’t important. Got there at 1:00 left at 3:00 PM. When they called me back to a room I waited more than 45 minutes after the assistant told me there were 2 patients ahead of me, I can’t understand how 2 patients ahead of me took almost an hour. I was not happy with the URGENT CARE Wait time. They need to do batter all of our time is valuable, we are important. DO BETTER URGENT CARE!!!!!

This place charged wrong and harassed me for nearly a year. The billing personnel were extremely rude and unhelpful. As for quality of care it’s mediocre at best. Certainly not worth the headache you will have dealing with billing department.

On the internal medicine side, everything was great! it is a very nice facility, all the employees were expeditious and polite. I saw a nurse practitioner who was awesome and was able to take her time answering any questions I had in establishing care.

Very unhelpful. The operators don’t know general info, nurses are cold and stern, and they don’t get back to you with appointment info. I asked several times for help in getting a TB test appointment and they kept sending me back and forth to people who couldn’t help me, saying i can’t get a skin test and i have to do a blood test, but then say the blood request was for thyroid and not TB. Sutter has been like this with my family for years and I’m sick and tired of it.
