a week agoArrived just before 8:00 a.m. (7:50) on a Saturday morning. There was already 1 or 2 other patients there. According to their advertisements inside their building they are supposed to see 4 patients an hour on average. I filled out the appropriate paperwork to be seen as quickly as possible. However, another walk-in patient arrived before me and was seen before me. At 9:20 a.m. I was still not seen by a nurse or doctor. They offered no explanation to the delay prior to my departure. They did however refund my copay amount but that won’t be available for 3-5 business days. If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would.in the last weekI called this facility to inquire about their ability to treat seed ticks, only to be told I’d need to pay for an appointment before getting any information, even just a yes or no. This struck me as unreasonable—especially when I called Columbia Urgent Care and received an immediate, helpful answer from the receptionist who put me on hold and went an asked a physician.It’s disappointing to see a healthcare facility prioritize revenue over basic patient care. If you’re looking for upfront, honest service, I’d recommend skipping this place in favor of Columbia Urgent Care.

a month agoSuper quick and convenient. All of their paperwork is automated/can be done on your phone so I was in and out in about 1/2 the time. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is they cost twice as much as my usual GP. Unlike my usual GP though I’m able to see them w/o having to schedule 2 weeks in advance. Seriously, who’s planning to be sick 2 weeks ahead of time?2 weeks agoWould call and make sure the lady NP(s) are there if I ever have to go back there because my previous experiences weren’t this bad. My symptoms weren’t assessed properly I was tested for covid and had my freaking lungs listened to but I didn’t have covid symptoms. Not sure if NP felt uncomfortable assessing all of my symptoms because I was a woman and he was male but I showed him pictures of some of the symptoms that I explained would go away after my hygiene routine but come back pictures taken literally 30 min or less before I got to the office and was told he didn’t see that they should’ve gotten a sample to determine the severity of my symptoms as well but I was just prescribed antibiotics(who knows if my bacteria will even respond to them because no sample of it was taken) as a fellow HCP I’m very displeased with the service and I could hear them speaking about it like the doctor was hollering from the office to the triage lady yelling back from their station in the middle about what symptoms I reported. Just.. I pray I never need to go back there. Would’ve went to quick care but they didn’t have services listed for what I’m sure my diagnoses are. Got there 5 min after they opened and was there for about 2.5 hours some of that time was waiting on a Covid test I didn’t need2 months agoNurse Practitioner Melissa was very thorough in listening to my concerns and ruling out every option of what could be going on. She made sure I understood what was going on, the care they would provide, and what I could do to heal when at home. I was very appreciative of her care.Tonya also was very kind in providing care and reassuring that I would be taken care of.

3 months agoI called beforehand to see if they took my insurance and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The online check in was very convenient. There was a bit of a wait but not too bad. I went in for a tick bite and the doctor I saw was super friendly as well. She explained everything as she was doing it and was very thorough, as she saw there was a very tiny dot left behind after removing the tick and used a smaller tool to take care of it instead of ignoring it.3 months agoA wonderful clinic! Everyone was very friendly and kind. The front staff, Tonya, was very helpful getting me an appointment. The technician, Irene, was very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to help me get a copy of my X-Rays. My physician, Charolette, was extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Overall I felt very taken care of and confident I got the best care possible.3 months agoHardly any wait. Receptionist was extremely friendly. Easy check-in process. Nurse was great. Made me feel super comfortable and we’re so attentive to my issue. Great listeners and not like other clinics that dismiss your concerns. Great staff and great medical care.3 months agoI had a great experience at this NextCare. The only issue came up with their online system not working adequately which was a little upsetting but the people there were amazing. Tonya at the desk was super helpful when I was having difficulties. Nesha was kind and funny and made me feel welcome when she brought me back to the examination room. She was thorough and she made sure that I was not only comfortable but her energy and kindness lifted my spirits when I was feeling a bit down. Charolotte was amazing and she saw me as quickly as possible and got me a diagnosis and medication within a short amount of time. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely go see them again.

a week agoNot sure I have the correct words to say how amazing and helpful my physician, Dr. Akhtar, has been. He has gone the extra mile for me every step of the way. He’s always prompt at returning calls and never getting annoyed by my persistence to overcome a medical issue 🙂 Angel, the office manager, has also been wonderful in helping me at every turn. Both are extremely kind, understanding, empathetic and eager to help. 1000% recommend. Thank you both!a week agoHonestly just frustrated because they refused to see my brother due to their website being down and couldn’t confirm insurance being active. Like I’m sorry but with all the stuff going around PEOPLE should be able to be seen. This is why Americans hate America. It’s impossible to get health care even WITH active insurance. Called our insurance and verified it’s active and they still said they couldn’t see him.3 months agoWent a few weeks ago. The people were very nice but the rooms definitely need some TLC. They ordered me a tests and a referral to see another specialist then told me if the other place didn’t call me to make appointment in one week to call them back. I know they are busy. I waited 2 weeks because of the holiday then called them back. The lady answered the phone and was confused telling me different than what the Dr told me multiple times. She told me they would leave a note for the doc to call me back. That was a few days ago. I will just wait for my PCP appointment and follow up thru them since this place doesn’t seem to follow up. But the people were nice.2 months agoI have been in contact with them for over a month, trying to get an itemized receipt needed for insurance reimbursement. Nothing has been done. I’ve spoke with 3 different individuals and emailed twice. This is a simple request and no one can help me. Now I’m out a substantial amount of money. I will not do business here again.9 months agoEXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!! It was so fortuitous to end up going to this urgent care. I actually thought I had told my daughter to meet me at a different urgent care and was a bit worried when I got there to meet her because I’d never been to this one before. We got right in to see one of the doctors. He was excellent! Very professional and had the best “bedside manners”. He took his time and explained everything. I was super impressed. I also found out they are highly trained to do stem cell treatments and told me they offer these procedures at a much lower cost than others in Columbia. I was so impressed I’m probably going to switch my primary doctor to them for any of my future medical concerns…. Yes they can provide primary care according to their website. I promise you you won’t be sorry when you leave. What you will be saying when you leave is wow! That was an excellent doctor/patient experience.
