3 weeks agoWe brought all 3 of our children to signature care for flu checks. We were checked in quickly and brought back within minutes of our arrival. They acted quickly to check for any viruses and they were so gentle with them! Thank you all!a week agoOur family of 7 use this signature care with every sickness or injury. They have tv in the rooms with cartoons. Very passionate about making sure our four under four years old are comfortable with each visit as well as mommy! Thank you so much for all your help each visit we have with your amazing doctors and nurses. We wouldn’t dare go anywhere elsein the last weekEveryone was wonderful. The ladies up from, heaven & Ashley, were the first people I was in contact with and they were kind and welcoming. The nurse, Jonathan, was great. Did not make me feel silly for being a mama over reacting and reassured me I was doing the right thing. I’ve had 3 experiences with him and he’s always the BEST! Dr.Patel was thorough and very knowledgeable! He explained in detail what was going on, what to expect and what to look for. My experience was 10/10, definitely recommend! ?3 months agoThis is where I took my daughter when she was sick. They ended up having to transfer her to Lubbock but the care that she received when we were there was amazing everybody the staff very attentive, good bedside manner. Exceptionally clean facility. I have full confidence I’ll feel much better after being seen and cared for by the staff at SignatureCare. Not to mention the cleanliness of the facility! 10/10 highly recommended

2 weeks agoSo we took our son in for a head cold and was looking to be treated and they kept pushing to have a flu, strep and Covid test taken which would have cost additional $150 on top of what we already paid for and they said they would not treat him without these test being completed. We feel that this place is all about squeezing as much money as possible out of you before they actually prescribe medicine and offer any kind of treatment. We said we couldn’t afford it and we ask if we could get our initial payment back and they said no. I would not recommend this place to anyone that likes to save money. There are other places I found out about here in Midland that would actually treat you without having to pay for any extra for tests.2 weeks agoVital Care on Midland Drive has been my go to since 2019. We have visited this location more than 20x amongst my family – they are organized and efficient, the on staff nurses and dr’s have always been attentive to our needs within the parameters of what they can do in an urgent care facility. They are polite and do a great job explaining what they believe our issues may be as well as the treatment plan. I appreciate having them and the care we have received over the years.6 months agoWe had a great, quick, and easy experience here! I checked in online so when we got there, I didn’t have to fill out anything. NP was great and so was the rest of the staff! They took care of my son quickly & professionally.4 months agoIf you value your life don’t come here.I went in for a triple ENT infection, telling them several times that I have a penicillin allergy, and them calling in AUGMENTIN.
I took it not realizing and immediately had a reaction. I’m 28 weeks pregnant as well.
I called multiple times trying to speak to someone and they kept giving me the run around and finally the last time I called as soon as they got my name they hung up on me.
