3 months agoI took my grandson for his very first hair cut, and he is not known for sitting still or being okay with having his hair messed with. The women there knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. They were awesome. Especially the girl (I’m terrible with names) wh cut his hair. She was absolutely the best. I will never take him anywhere else. Thank you all so much for doing an amazing job, and making our visit so amazing!a week agoApart from the great atmosphere, I really appreciate that the stylists and barbers give you a ton of great advice on how to style and care for your hair between cuts. Also, I just learned that there’s a guarantee on the products, and so if you don’t actually think the haircare item you’ve picked up is working the way you’d like, you can return it and get something that works better! They care about making sure you like the way you look, and that’s really valuable.2 months agoI have always enjoyed my visits at Floyd’s. This particular visit was definitely the best! Emily who cut my hair was so friendly and funny to speak with. I really appreciated her listening and giving her advice on what to do with my hair since I haven’t figured out yet 100% what I wanted to do/ what length to cut it at. Kristopher takes great care of me & I always leave feeling like a million bucks.4 months agoI walked into Floyd’s this past weekend on my wedding day and asked them to fix my hair that another shop had messed up twice, but they were fully booked. Upon seeing my hair and hearing it was my wedding day, a wonderful stylist by the name of Kim said no we will fix that hair girl. She was amazing. Kim asked me questions about what I wanted throughout the whole process and she did an absolutely beautiful job!! I cannot thank her enough for taking me back!! Kim literally saved my wedding day!! I highly recommend Floyd’s, especially Kim!! (Make an appointment online or by phone though, they are popular!)

3 months agoSahara is so talented with her Deva cut skills! She magically makes my curls look bouncy, fun and much thicker and like I have more hair than I do, which I so appreciate! She has helped me find the perfect balanced cut, and style, making sure to take into consideration my specific hair and curl type and growth pattern and even how much effort and time I am going to have, so that I don’t end up with something I can’t maintain or won’t maintain ?. All the staff and stylists seem very nice at studio boom, and the ambiance is so open and friendly, my 14 year old also goes here and loves it as well. Studio boom is always welcoming and friendly to our LGBTQ+ family as well, which is a must! Our “hair forever home” is here! He was being very patient as it was my 3 year olds first haircut and she was having a meltdown. Somehow he still did such a good job and her bangs came out so cute! She really listened to me and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! There was a mix up with my payment and I was overcharged, but the lovely staff called me later to make everything right!! I will definitely be returning!

3 months agoI can’t really argue with a $20 haircut. I mean… it’s fast, inexpensive, the ladies there were great about getting me in as quickly as they could. The online pre-registration is great for getting into the queue as quickly as you get there. I like the note system that tells the next hair person what I have liked in the past, and I have simple needs for my haircut, so I like going here.4 months agoThe lady did miss a few spots on my boyfriends hair cut, and she wasn’t very talkative, or friendly. Online check-in meant I didn’t have to wait in line for a long time, despite having 6 people ahead of me. I only waited 10-15, when I got there. Definitely recommend over other places I’ve been.5 months agoEXCEPTIONAL, PERFECT HAIRCUTS, VERY FAST! Multiple stylists have cut my hair here …. 6? ALL great!(some bad reviews here, have to always be taken seriously but hasn’t been my personal experience)
