11 months agoI take both of my sons to Great Clips to have their hair trimmed or cut. They are 10 and 8 years of age. Shawn normally cuts their hair and has a great deal of patience with them. Great Clips is aesthetically akin to Foot Locker. They have utilized the sports theme and it appears to work for them. The entire store is red, white, and black. One is able to make an appointment online or walk-in and make an appointment on their computer. One is assigned an available beautician, which is often quicker. If one desires a particular beautician, it can be more time consuming. They appear to do best cutting men’s and boy’s hair. The wait can be long if one does not have an appointment. Nevertheless, I have never had any issues or problems with Great Clips.. They have always been patient and worked well with children. Their prices are reasonable.in the last weekupdate : I sent an email sent day they told me they would give the message to the manager and f/u with me and that never happen. Now I understand why their employee the way they are If the manager let them to get away with anything and not follow up . Please don’t come here .I used to come here so many years ago and not issues . Today I was off from work I decided to pampered myself . I decided to do check in online when I got there the lady asked my name I told her my name and she check me in and told me the she can see me now. When I sat she asked what I needed I told her only blow dryer and flat iron ( style ) she told me she couldn’t do that . I said but I who can do it ? . The lady next to her asked me what I needed I told her again. She told me they can do it and would be 60 dollars of what i answered it’s ok do it ; then the first lady told me I don’t know if we can we have people in the waiting list . I told her why they can’t see me i did my check in online like 20 min ago and she was the one that called me to the chair . She only said I am sorry.

She cut my sons hair perfectly she was super thorough, made sure she did exactly what he wanted and even mad a few suggestions based on his specific hair growth pattern. Loved her and will come back3 months agoSo, this is NOT the first time an employee at great clips employee has done this. This just gets worse, doesn’t matter if the girl is new. Photo 2,3,4,5 are the newest. He had to shave his hair off it was THAT BAD. THEY NEED TO GET THIS TOGETHER.3 months agoWent for a last minute haircut and Annie did such an amazing job! Took her time with my hair, listened to what I wanted and she’s such a sweet woman ! My hair looks amazing I would most definitely come back to Annie again.

3 weeks agoWent to these guys for the first time. Called and got an appointment scheduled immediately. I worked with Santana and he did a great job, very quick and clean cut, Professional. Atmosphere was nice, love that they played iron man.a month agoAs far as haircuts are concerned they do good work. Today I called in to schedule appointment for my kids and myself. The individual that answers the phone goes hello. I say is this K&K barber shop and he says “YAH” like I’m bothering him. So I said “yah”? And he goes “yah”. It’s unbelievable that people don’t even have the skill to answer the dang phone properly and have some sort of customer service skills. I will try to call again and hopefully I get someone with some basic communication skills.2 months agoMade an appointment online through Google and was seated right on time , I’m from out of town and this was a first time visit . My barber was Jesus and he did a phenomenal job , he did exactly what I asked for and pays great attention to detail , when someone likes what they do you can see it from miles away . Definitely recommend K&K barbershop and Jesus if you need a cut.Oscar

I had a couple pictures for ideas and she was able to make it perfect! I could not be happier and she was able to help suggest the correct styling products as well. Had to wait about 45 minutes which is completely understandable and I didn’t mind at all. Lanie(y?) called me back and talked with me to discuss what I wanted and then proceeded to give me EXACTLY what I wanted! But possibly even better than I imagined 🙂 It came out super cute and the cut (long-ish bob) fits my face/frame perfectly! We just moved to this area and I’ve been to other Fantastic Sam’s before that were……disappointing, to say the least. Was not AT ALL disappointed with this location! Asked if they could do this type of a hair style and they said yes I have done this before. when they started cutting his hair they keep asking is this fine had to correct them so many time. I wish they would of told me no and I would of found someone who was confident in doing my sons hair. Now his hair cut look really bad.5 months agoWent in for a trim. I specifically requested my hair be sectioned with layers. The stylist was very nice but she does not know how to cut my texture of hair. She did not section it, even though I asked and mentioned it several times. She grabbed hair from the crown and started to cut from there. My hair has all different layers. I never let anyone cut my hair for this reason. If I wanted a -15 minute or less- chop massacre, I would have gone to Great Clips.
