The stylist was very helpful. The store was absolutely immaculate.a month agoI went to Great clips on Southern yesterday, 7/30/23 for a haircut my husband goes here all the time. I showed the lady who was going to cut my hair what I wanted she said ok and said the length would be to the top of my shoulders. That was fine but she cut my hair so darn short all around my head it’s about two inches short all around. This is not what I asked for. I will never go back to this Great clips on Southern. To the lady at the first both by the register. I do not recommend her . She butchered my hair.3 months agoAdriana does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She pays attention to detail and listens to what I ask her to do. I have been having her cut my hair for years now and hope she never leaves NM because she does such a great job with what she does!

3 weeks agoThey are short-staffed but are still doing a great job. These stylists deserve so much more, the way they handled business while it was busy was amazing. My stylist gave me exactly what style I wanted and took the time to explain what she was doing through the entire process.2 months agoCassandra has skills! I have been going to that salon for around 15 years on and off. She is very efficient and she came up with helping me with the best way to style my hair just right. Great personality and does a great job! Thank you Cassandra for great service. I do have an email address to receive coupons now that I am not on Facebook. 2 months agoI like Great Clips b/c of the discounted hair cut coupons they issue. In today’s economy we, need all the help we can get from businesses. Their people are usually good at hair cuts but you want to be very specific on what you want done. I have had cuts which went too far but if you are very specific on how you want you hair cut, it usually comes out good. You can also sign online as well as walk in.4 months agoThe lady who helped me, older lady, I think it was Abigail or something like that– was extremely rude. She was abrasive and argumentative saying multiple times that I had contradicted myself because she assumed that I wanted a different haircut, then refused to listen to me and basically bullied me into still getting a haircut after I said honestly that I should just wait for another time, then was condescending the whole time saying “that’s just why we have to talk about it” or whatever. I even offered to wait for another stylist if she didn’t feel confident in doing a haircut on me. Then, she charged me full price when it should have been 8.99. She got real sweet asking for a tip of course. I won’t be going there again.3 months agoDO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE!!!! I went in to get about 2 inches taken off. The lady parted my hair however only about 1 1/2 inches of the part was strait and the rest of the part was curved to the side(not centered at all!). I was going to say something however I figured she knew what she was doing as she does this for a living. Not to mention that if I was to say something I doubt I’d be able to because she would not stop talking to her coworker about the concerts they’ve been to and the artist of the songs that were playing. After she had cut my hair she finally looked up at my part and said “uh oh” with a worried look on her face. Without saying anything else she correctly parted my hair. One side of the part was where I wanted it, about two inches off of my original. The other side however was about 4 inches from my original. My hair was not that long to begin with either. AGAIN, without saying anything to me she cut my hair even shorter so it matched both sides. After she was done she took the sheet off and walked over to the register counter where she charged me regular price. I had tears in my eyes as I paid and she still didn’t say anything to me nor did any of her coworkers, they just looked at each other knowing I was upset. I am not confrontational in person hence why I paid and didn’t say anything. I hope they learned from this experience as I have learned to never go back there and I hope the people who have read this think about how much they actually like their hair before going there.2 months agoThe lady didn’t ask me how I wanted my son’s hair cut and just cut it however. Then their systems were down and a bunch of us couldn’t pay with our cards. Luckily I had cash but no one knew how to reset the POS.5 months agoMy daughter and I visited this location. Asked for two inches off and layers for myself and two inches off my daughters hair. She not only messed up my hair but my daughters as well. The cuts are completely uneven. She didn’t even verify and check afterwards to make sure the cut was correct or if we were happy. She completed both services in 20 minutes.
