a month agoMy first experience at this place was horrible. I asked for a specific haircut and the stylist ended up messing up my hair that took me a long time to grow out in a matter of minutes she destroyed my hair when I got an email from the manager letting me know that she is sorry about my experience. All she could do is offer me a voucher for a free haircut instead of trying to fix the problem and hold somebody accountable. I personally will never go to this establishment again I know that this is just me one person, but nevertheless, I wanted to make sure that they know that my experience there was unpleasant and will never go there again.4 weeks agoJust on holiday from New Zealand ,took a chance on Sports Clips and wow ,Erica is the bomb, she listened to what i would like with my hair and was so professional ,attentive ,and understanding. Nobody in NZ cant cut my hair even the girls i work with ,as i am a hairdresser as well. Guys need a the total experience Erica comes really highly reccomened . Will definitely request him next time I go.8 months agoSo I went into Sports clips and for the first time after going to Sports Clips around the state of California I was not satisfied with the first Stylus cut and service MVP. Unfortunately about an hour after I left I was at home to realize I was not happy!! Now I always believe if you have a complaint its not that you have an issue its how it’s handled after you had a complaint it how management works to make it Right!I went back an hour later and Erica the assistant manager not only made me feel comfortable but completely did a new cut and an MVP she was friendly and AMAZING GREAT JOB TO HER and your training of your management team!

The prices of the hair gels and related product is a little higher than I would like, but I’m happy to support this business.6 months agothe hair stylist did exactly what I asked her NOT to do for my sons hair. Quoted 27 min wait. “On deck” 3 times and stylists kept leaving and putting me back at 5-10 mins for an HOUR! Waste of time go somewhere else.

4 months agoI’ve been coming to OTB since pretty much day one. Wendi has always cut my hair and it’s always awesome. The vibe and feel of the shop is always top notch. There are very few places where I don’t mind just sitting (plus there’s a stocked fridge).I’ve sent a bunch of friends here as well as their kids and have only ever had the best of things to say about everyone at OTB!!! Can’t recommend OTB more for great cuts and an awesome environment.
4 months agoWhat a great experience! It’s nice to go to a place where everyone enjoys there job, it really shows through in the atmosphere of the shop. Had my hair cut by Wendi. She was extremely friendly and personable not to mention she did a great job on my hair. This is definitely going to be my new barbershop.4 months agoI’ve been a regular at Old Town Barbers for over five years, and it’s been a consistently great experience. Wendi is my go-to barber, and she also takes care of my three boys. You know you’re doing something right when your small children look forward to a haircut.If you’re looking for a quality barbershop with skilled barbers and a fun environment, Old Town Barbers is the place!
4 months agoI have been to many different barbers from north county SD to the IE. Old town barbers has the best camaraderie, style, vibe, and the best experienced barbers. Whether it is busy(hopefully someone good is on the open guitar), or a slower laid back day. You’ll leave satisfied looking like a stud! I’d trust any barber here to cut my hair but my go to is Wendi. Seeing her grow in her barber career has been rad. She is a natural, from the talent, style, and cut, it’s always on point, and she does a phenomenal job. Don’t question it, just do it. Tell ‘em Evan sent you and have a good day! ??2 months agoFirst I asked for a low fade and my hair cut is really high. It makes me look like I’m bald. If I knew it was going to be a haircut and paid $35 for it I would not have came in the first place. It’s not even and I’m really not satisfied with my hair cut.
